The first time you and Karasu Tabito met was when you transferred to his school. Not that he was really interested in the new classmate, while the rest of the students in his class were very excited to meet you. But as soon as he saw you, Tabito was intrigued. Bye, bye, Marisa-chan, there is a new Queen of this school. Anyway, you looked very cool, not to mention that your hobbies, including football, chess and drawing made you even more attractive. Cool, smart and strong girl, you were an embodiment of Karasu's ideal type! Not that he immediately fell in love or something like this, but Tabito became interested in you, observing you very subtle and enjoying learning more details about you. Well, or so he thought because even Hiori noticed that he's interested in you.

Hiori: Karasu-kun, yer starin'. Again. Karasu: Ya imagined it.

Hiori was kinda proud of himself that he found the reason to tease Karasu by himself. We are proud of you too, Yo-chan, but he was so obvious, even an elementary schooler could notice. It took a long time for Tabito to approach you. Not because he was too shy, he just struggled with self-image. Not to mention that he was very busy with football, so he wasn't sure if he deserved to be with you or not. And thinking about this, Tabito realized that he had a crush on you. It would be very difficult to deny something that is so obvious. The two of you got closer finally during the school sport festival. Tabito has never believed in destiny, but he changed his mind when you two were paired up for three-legged race, which meant the two of you had to practice together, being very close to each other. Even though Tabito was very excited, he didn't show this, pretending to be cool and chill as always. So far, he has been successful in achieving this aim. The two of you bonded over football and your goals, so you started hanging out together after your practice. And the more Tabito learned about you, the more he feel for you. His signs of attention were very subtle, he teased you in his manner, flirted with you sometimes, testing the water, and was absolutely the best gentleman, always made you feel special to him. But his cool behavior was breaking down every time you made some little acts of kindness towards him. It wasn't really obvious but he blushed a little every time you bought him his favorite drink and gave it to him with the prettiest smile. Tabito confessed you after the sport festival. There was a rumor at your school about the sport festival. If a guy and a girl were in the same team and join the competition, and if they win. Apparently that pair would become a happy couple. Of course, Karasu thought that it sounds lame. But when the two of you actually won, his common sense has left. It seems to him that there were too many coincidences since the day you two were paired up. "I like ya. Please, go out with me", said Tabito, doing his best to maintain a cooler expression.

Tabito is more sober-minded and helps you to calm down whenever you need it. You're more confident and cheer him up whenever Tabito feels himself mediocre. But well, when you met his Blue Lock friends, he doubted it. Of course, he was sure that you wouldn't be interested in Otoya or any other Blue Lock player, but the way some of them Otoya and Aiku, ahem flirted with you playfully just to make him jealous annoyed Tabito more than he thought.

Otoya: Do you want me to show you my ninja love techniques? You: Thank you, but no. Otoya: Lemme show you! Isagi: He doesn't listen...

Synopsis: in which you get stood up by your asshole of a date, and a certain crow-looking boy comforts you

Karasu set his phone down as he rubbed his temples. He was sitting down on a bench outside of a local coffee shop. The smell of the rain surrounded him as the downpour continued falling.

It was a slow, boring, day. Practice was cancelled, and most of his friends were busy. Otoya had several dates planned for the day, and Hiori's parents never let him go out with company unless it was for soccer.

He sighed gazing up at the grey clouds. The droplets just barely missing his eyes.

Today was far less than mediocre

He thought. Watching the clouds move by, little by little. Just barely moving.

Maybe I should've taken up Otoya on that double date offer...

He groaned, looked back down at the stores and shops surrounding him, he wasn't expecting anything to have changed during his cloud-watching session.

And he certainly wasn't expecting you.

You were drenched by the downpour, hugging yourself for some semblance of support. He noticed your tear stained face and your puffy red eyes.

He also noticed how fucking gorgeous you were.

You were dressed up. Like really dressed up. Bedazzled dress, fancy heels, and makeup that probably took you hours. Must've been on a date or somethin' he thought.

Even from a distance, he could tell that you were freezing. He couldn't help but feel sorry for you. So, like the gentleman he was, he approached you, umbrella in hand.

You hadn't noticed him yet. You were leaning against the outer wall of a book store. Your body was trembling, and he could see your chest rapidly rise of fall from your shallow breaths.

He placed his hand on your shoulder. You looked up at him, your eyes were glassy from your tears. Now that he was closer to you, he noticed a lot more details about you.

He noticed he way your dress clinged to your body due to it being soaked by the rain. The way it showed off your curves and how-

God he was staring wasn't he?

He cleared his throat, realizing his hand was still on your shoulder, he swiftly moved it away not wanting to make you more uncomfortable.

"You okay?"

You shook your head, averting eye contact. He lifted his umbrella over your head. He could still hear your faint sobs. He didn't know why, but he felt a strong urge to make you feel better.

You were still shivering, so he unzipped his jacket and draped it over your shoulders. You whispered a quiet "thank you" to him as he fixed the garment to make sure that it wouldn't fall off.

"Are you sure you'll be okay? I don't want you getting sick 'cuz of me." You said, finally speaking up.

Even your voice was pretty

He thought, first time hearing you speak but he would kill just to hear you talk again.

"Eh, I've been through worse." He shrugged, attempting to sound nonchalant. He noticed you grip onto the jacket, making sure that it wouldn't fall of your shoulders.

"You have somewhere you need to be?" He asked, keeping the conversation afloat.

"I'm on my way to the station." You replied, tucking a stray strand of hair behind your ear.

"What a coincidence, I'm heading there too."

Lies, your house is a five minute walk away from here, why are doing all this for a girl you just met? She probably thinks you're a creep.

You smiled, it was small, barely noticeable but it was adorable nonetheless. He gestured to the other direction, right where the station was, and you followed.

As the two of you walked side by side, you spoke up again.

"Thanks again, um...?"

"Karasu."

"(L/N)."

If he were Otoya, he would've said something corny like "beautiful name for a beautiful girl." Thankfully he didn't, but he settled for a simple: "Hm, pretty name." He watched your cheeks dust with a rosy hue from the comment.

Easily flustered too huh?

He made more mental notes about you, he didn't know why he found you so fascinating, or why he was so curious about you, all he knew was that he wanted to know more.

The two of you walked in silence for a bit, the pitter patter of the rain filling both of your senses. Karasu looked over at you.

"If you don't mind me asking, what happened?"

"Guy I was seeing stood me up."

Your once peaceful expression reverted back to it's down and mopey face. He didn't know what to say so he opted for the usual.

"Sorry to hear that." He felt guilty for using the usual phrase that he told most of Otoya's sidechicks whenever one of them found out that there was "another woman".

"Don't be." You replied, sniffling. "I honestly should've seen it coming. He's got a reputation." You said, bitterly, chuckling.

"What made you stay?" He asked, now curious.

"Same old, same old, I thought that I was "different" or that I could "fix" him." You rubbed your temples, sighing.

"Were the two of you close?"

"Very, at least that's what I tell myself."

You sighed again, and Karasu felt guilty for bringing it up, especially when you were feeling fine a few moments ago.

"This guy reminds me a lot of someone I know." He said, trying to steer the conversation in another direction. "I've been roped into several of his problems." He groaned, recounting all the times he had to cover for Otoya.

You chuckled. "Do tell."

"We're gonna be here for a while then."

"I don't think I'll mind as long as you're here."

You smiled.

Were you flirting with him?

You grabbed his hand and your fingers intertwined, you were still smiling.

Amazing, Showstopping, Glamorous Blue Lock Headcanons That Are Definitely True Ego Told Me So #3

I have no excuse for this I just wanna yell about the boys

-Barou watches Bluey. He claims it's because of his two sisters but really he finds it incredibly comforting. His favorite character is Muffin (His favorite quote is "Muffin, NO!") If you call him out on it he'll get all embarrassed and claim it's for babies. This doesn't really change even after Isagi told him he watches it too- but he's not nearly as flustered post that.

- Chigiri sleeps like the dead. He gets up fine in the morning, but any time between then and bedtime he’s unmovable. The world could be ending and every catastrophe ever could be going down and he’ll just roll over and carry on snoring.

- Rin won't ever admit it, but he has such a soft spot for Bachira. The little gremlin wormed his way into his heart without any warning and- if you pay close enough attention, it shows. "This is gross, you take it" He'd say as he trades a meal with Bachira knowing the smaller boy loves it. "I only picked him because he's useful" after reuniting him with Isagi. "You're embarrassing. I guess I can teach you." He'd say while tutoring Bachira in English even AFTER he said he wouldn't.

-Reo's amazing at doing hair. Sometimes he'll force Chigiri to sit down so he could do his braid for him (it always looks amazing) claiming "You take forever. I'm doing it." But really he just wants to talk with the redhead about whatever (50% He's venting about Nagi, 50% it's everything from K-Drama's he's into, Team V shenanigans to various other topics). Chigiri can't fight him on it- and even if he could, he rather enjoys Reo doing his hair for him- plus he's really entertaining the way he tells stories.

- For the longest time, Nagi thought Half-Baked ice cream meant it was baked halfway in the oven before frozen. One time he got a craving and wanted some, but only had vanilla. And a microwave. Chigiri and Barou came back to find a burnt mess of ice cream in the microwave and a shamed Nagi.

-Despite his last name meaning "Happy Bee", Bachira has a strong dislike for the buzzing insects. Some say he was stung a lot as a kid, others say he might be allergic. Really though- Bachira doesn't like them cause one day he had a slushy and they got into his drink. He's never recovered since. He doesn't mind it when Isagi calls him "Bumble Bee" though. (Credit to you friend- you know who you are :D)

-Aryu's terrified of seagulls. Not only are they "So not glam" but they insist on attacking him any time he goes to the beach. (When he poses, his hair somehow catches one). He's also terrified of birds period- if one gets too close you can expect to hear him squawk and run for safety.

-Niko and Isagi have movie nights. They aren't much of a set up- Niko gets his phone back, Isagi somewhat convinces Karasu to share some of his "Snack Stash", and the two get comfy around the small screen watching whatever anime they're addicted to at the moment. They also break into song alot whenever an opening slaps. (May or may not have been told to "SHUT THE F*CK UP" by their teammates a few times).

-Hiori smiled at Rin once. It was so effective on him Rin walked straight into the doorframe of one of the sliding doors. Unfortunately for him Bachira and Isagi witnessed it and will never let him live it down. (They become his little statue muses like in Hercules- "It's okay, your in lo-" "Finish that sentence and I'll strangle you with your own shoelaces.")

-Bachira is very cuddly; he'll walk up to whomever and just wrap his arms around them from behind. He especially does this to Isagi whenever the other boy is trying to explain his spacial awareness or whatever. It's a 50/50 shot on whether he'll simply hug him or he'll start tickling him mid conversation- forcing Isagi to laugh so hard he can't finish the sentence.

-Gagamaru tends to put his whole face into whatever he's looking at. If you show him something on your phone he'll lean in so he's inches from it. Some figured he's nearsighted and needs glasses, but really it's just one of Gagamaru's many quirks.

-Someone once told Tokimitsu he radiated "Kirby energy". He didn't know what that meant but when he told his teammates Rin kinda gave him a once over and said: "Accurate." To this day Tokimitsu still doesn't get what that means.

-Kunigami hates horror movies; Chigiri lives for them. 50% of their movie nights consist of the hero hiding behind him while Chigiri snickers at the antics going onscreen.
