been reading a bit more of The Book and Nelly is now unto her uhhh. sixth? pregnancy. the twin girls were just born and perished unfortunately. and while I do very much enjoy the constant roasting of Jack in this novel because fundamentally he IS a cringefail husband (affectionate), I don't like the recent hints its been dropping that he's a Questionable Father. as in, putting his eldest daughter up on tables and making her sing lewd songs for his buddies??? and telling his wife that it's not a big deal because she doesn't understand the text anyway,,,,, and that as long as he doesn't have a son, she'll have to entertain him,,,,, that is NOT my man. what did you do to him where did you put him
