There is something so beautiful about seeing people create OCs or self inserts that have little details within the lore or presence from themselves that they struggle to love themselves with, slowly starting to love it more as time goes on.

Adding little things like that, and drawing them or writing them finding your OC or s/i amazing or fun can often bring such comfort when you look back at these struggles, and think about the fact that you love them a little more because of this one silly little character of yours vibing with those same things. It’s so bittersweet to me. <3

This also applies to people associating themselves with an existent character from any source, being like hey that’s me!! Yes, yes that is in fact you!

+ bonus if your fav silly blorbo hypes your OC or s/i up, its an obviously known fact that they love n adore you. <3
