dont .re.blog this but anyway thoughts about dragon trailer
im sure light fury will look marginally better on the big screen but in on my computer screen she looks like a lump of white playdoh....
i get the yin yang thing they got goin on with the colors but... dont just then have the body shape be all featureless like that... come on.....
#SHES TOO LIGHT FOR TEXTURE TO SHOW VERY WELL#SO SHE LOOKS LIKE A SENTIENT CONDOM#AND THEN THEY DIDNT REALLY EVEN GIVE HER ANY SHES WAY TOO PERFECT SMOOTH#i noticed some glitter in the trailer like cool i guess she has body glitter but. ugh#MAKE HER LAVENDER OR SOMETHING AT LEAST#that is my only complaint im positive ill have a great time watching it and love th emovie overall#but... like this isnt an unpopular opinion or anything but they reallllyyy coulda tried harder with the light fury design#honestly just do what you did for the other dragon species dreamworks#in the second movie they added a few other speices and then just straight up did colorswaps of the original species from the first movie#and it looked GREAT#thats all that needed to happen with light fury?#toothless with maybe a few tiny (TINY) tweaks and then just a different color scheme#hey why not fuckin pastel rainbow or something that'd be cute#or just monochrome like it is but some type of COLOR at least so texture shows through#theres a ton of ways this design could be improved im gonna draw some
