Travis isn’t even surprised, however, although he assumes he probably should be. Halestone may very well be odd and disorienting, but this isn’t his first rodeo: Silent Hill was a fairly recent memory, and if he could survive a shortcut through that place, he could survive anywhere.
It was only a matter of figuring out how the town worked, and learning to play its game.
