yEAH i guess its pretty much the same concept as the vampires where it can be both a disease and a separate species type where as some monsters are born as werewolves and can naturally turn into one and monsters that have been previously bitten and can now change into one and it develops in the body like a disease👌 i think the natural born werewolves look more animal like and wolfy where the disease makes one look more gangly and sickly for instance
