And I remember seeing Christian [Bale] in the makeup chair and he looked really weedy and I thought to myself, I can handle him. I went and got changed into my Bane costume and started flexing my muscles, feeling confident. And then Batman turned up and he was about 3 foot taller than me and I was like (gasp), you know? There was a 3-yr old in me that was like 'That's Batman!"
