#he doesn't believe i have adhd so. y'know#he's just like “oh well if you exercise and meditate you'll be fine”#wow!! why didn't i think of that sooner?? who knew that that's all it takes to fix adhd!! thanks dad you're so fucking helpful :)#i hate how he thinks he knows what's best for me when he's barely even been in my life for the past five years#he's always been dismissive of my issues so i should probably be used to it but it never fails to piss me off beyond belief
