olten is a 12 yrs old boy who was born in the palace and helped with chores from young age. his parents are from Rollam and one of the palace chefs is his cousin. because he was born with heterochromia, riliane thought of him as a trophy, like how she bragged about allen sharing her face

he's a chatterbox with seemingly infinite cheer and more than a bit of sass. allen and asan are his superiors (senpais) and always obeys their orders, though it doesnt make him above teasing either of them. amongst the male servants, he's the youngest and the shortest.

he and chartette are like siblings due to their shared enthusiasm and get along super well, basically sharing a single braincell. he has a tiny crush on ney, which isnt reciprocated, and he's very eager to help her out. he also claims to be in love with riliane, but it's actually just admiration because she's the princess and even he disagrees with some of her demands. not to mention that he has little notion on how romantic love actually feels like.
