Haibara tilts his head back to down some lightly flavored water, his opposite hand fanning out the hem of his athletic shirt due to the summer heat. Various punching bags filled with sand and wooden training dummies could be found in the courtyard where taijutsu practitioners chose to hone their skills, which is where Yu enjoyed spending most of his free time.

Pain races through his wrists at the moment of impact, leaving the tendons running along his forearms throbbing and aching. If he wasn't more careful, he could permanently damage his ligaments by being careless.

Frowning as he places his hands on his hips, Haibara squints his eyes and tries to think of just how to alter his stance or perhaps lessen the torque applied to his joints when striking. He eventually gives up, sighing and tilting his head to the side to stretch his neck and shoulders.

"Hey, Nanamiii~!" he calls out upon noticing his best friend, jogging over to the other male with a broad smile on his face.

"Did you just get back from your mission? How'd it go? I bet it was no problem for you, huh?" he laughs, clapping a large hand onto Kento's right shoulder.
