a video of a woman who was detained in China for 30 months just reminded me of the fact that two years ago my uncle-from-philly-who-we-barely-ever-see came back home to see my grandmother before she passed and while we were hanging out with him he revealed that he had fucking gone to China to illegally proselytize and my dad, his brother, looked at him like he'd grown a second head
