“I’m not abandoning Ethan to carry you home this time,” Jackson told her sternly.

“Nobody asked you to!” Malia pulled her arm free of his grip and slung it around his shoulders as she steered him towards the party.

“Jax,” Malia whined, her forehead lolling forward onto her brother’s shoulder. 

Jackson struggled to keep her limp body on his back, as she nearly slipped off sideways every few steps and didn’t help in the slightest to even bother holding onto him. He had half a mind to let her fall.

“Don’t even talk to me,” he growled. 

“Jax,” she repeated. “I have hella spins.”

Jackson scoffed. “And whose fault is that?”

“Aiden’s!” she exclaimed indignantly. “Idiot said I coul’n’t outdrink ‘im.”

“You’re both idiots.”
