How about a little learning today? Nice fade... But... Look between arrows. This is called "flat spotting" the crown. It is a no-no. Look at the blue lines. See the flat shape of the outer contour of the haircut shape (line #1). Look at line #2... This is the contour the outer silouette should follow. There was too much length removed in this area. Leave this longer for proper balance in your haircut shapes. This is how we can also create a balanced and appealing head shape when the client does not have one to begin with. This is not my work. This is a regrammed screen capture. No intention to call out the cutter. We all make this mistake at times. Once you learn to see this and learn not to do it your haircuts will immediately improve.
