If you implant small magnets under the skin and then on top of it, you put magnetic oil and magnets under the skin can control the oil on the surface of the skin, you could have a tattoo, literally can change forms. No, you would have to power the magnet in different ways, meaning in different areas on each magnet, controlling so much of the fluid. So what's within its magnetic field and it can shift within its magnetic field, but you can turn off certain magnets and increase power in other magnets, and so you can pull it from one area to another area, creating a design.... but again, you would have to put these small magnets under the skin, or you would embed it as a synthetic surface above the skin... and then it can move the fluid into different arrangements to make a tattoo literally, come alive...
Magnetic oil, also known as magnetized oil, is a type of oil that has been treated with a magnetic field in order to align the molecules in a specific way. This process is believed to improve the flow and lubrication properties of the oil, as well as potentially reducing wear on machinery.Jan 28, 2023
https://www.quora.com › What-is-..
What is magnetic oil? - Quora
Oil with magnetic properties is called a "ferrofluid," which is a liquid containing tiny magnetic particles suspended in a carrier fluid like oil, allowing it to be attracted to a magnet; essentially, it's not the oil itself that's magnetic, but the tiny magnetic particles mixed within it.
Key points about ferrofluid:
Composition:
Made up of very small ferromagnetic particles (like iron oxide) suspended in a liquid carrier (like oil).
Magnetic behavior:
When exposed to a magnetic field, the particles align themselves, causing the fluid to be attracted to the magnet.
Applications:
Used in various applications including magnetic seals, speakers, and even in scientific research to study fluid dynamics.
Rheological and magnetic properties of stable poly alpha olefins ...
Dec 15, 2022 — The ferrofluids containing surfactant coated magnetite nano particles with average diameters of 10 nm could maintain stable for more than 2 months

So you would have to implant the surgical mesh under the skin that is made of graphene. And the exterior you would have this magnetic oil. And this will allow you within the parameters of the magnetic mesh to move around the oil to create different images. Now you can do this to make a live painting on a canvas. You would embed the mesh into the canvas, and then you would use the oil and the canvas to place it. It will stick to the canvas and then you can program the oil to move into different positions, bringing the canvas alive, so a painting that is not just one painting. It is whatever type of painting You want, so it can tell a story. You can move it from image to image, telling a story, a painting that tells a story... Not Not a static story a dynamic story. But you would have to sketch into the program graphic arts and computer programming, and you would have to place a chip into the mesh to run the fields exactly as needed to move the necessary fluids into the places along the canvas, to make the images. And then if you wanted to, you can add in magnetic elements that change colors with different magnetic forces that are embedded in the oil, the oil gives its fluidity, and then the strength of the negativity will give its color...

Now to go one further, if you want dynamic color say you're working in an animatronics at Disney, and you want the eyes to change in shape and color well, you can use this with the oil and the magnetic oil and these magnetic particles that change in color with different magnetic strengths. So you can have these dynamic eyes inside of a robot!!!!
The most common nanoparticle that changes color when exposed to a varying magnetic field is iron oxide (Fe3O4), also known as magnetite, which exhibits magnetochromic properties, meaning its color can be altered by applying a magnetic field due to the way the nanoparticles align and interact with light depending on the field strength and orientation; this is often observed in colloidal suspensions of iron oxide nanoparticles where the color can shift from brown to red, yellow, green, and blue with increasing magnetic field strength.
Key points about iron oxide nanoparticles and magnetochromism:
Mechanism:
When a magnetic field is applied, the iron oxide nanoparticles tend to align themselves into chains or ordered structures, which affects the way they diffract light, leading to a visible color change.
Applications:
This property has potential applications in smart displays, color-changing inks, and medical imaging where the color change could be used to indicate the presence of a magnetic field.
Other potential nanoparticles with magnetochromic properties:
Mixed metal oxides:
Certain combinations of metal oxides like manganese tungsten oxide and bismuth ferrite have also been reported to exhibit magnetochromic behavior.
Cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4):
This material is also being explored for its potential to change color under magnetic influence.
Important considerations:
Particle size and shape:
The size and shape of the nanoparticles significantly impact their magnetic properties and how they interact with light, affecting the color change.
Surface coating:
The surface coating of the nanoparticles can influence their stability and dispersion in a liquid, which is crucial for practical applications.
Thinking about this with the tattoo that moved on the character in the movie Moana 2 which I liked and thought was funny and the rock did a good job and the female character, female empowerment, and then they were even younger, strong females.... 💪
So if you wanted to do this, this could happen to somebody and it's designed right where it shouldn't negatively affect them. But again, I don't know why you would want this, I mean, it would be super cool, but it also means that you're inserting something under the skin. No, you can do this as a layer on top of the skin, and they would basically apply it with some form of adhesive that is friendly to the skin, and then they could remove it. It's not permanent glue... So that I think would be great. But taking this and implanting it under somebody's skin to create a living tattoo I mean great, but again, I don't like messing around with the human body, if not necessary... But I think something that you place on the skin is a dynamic tattoo. Then yes I'm all for this...
Now, here are some things in the image, and here that I think have great application, like being able to use magnetic imaging to monitor surgery..
National Institutes of Health (NIH) (.gov)

Multi-layered graphene is a promising carbon-based nanomaterial for a variety of next-generation technologies, but the relationships between its surface structures and properties are not entirely clear. Now, in a recent study, Pusan National University scientists analyze how surface structures like wrinkles and folded networks affect nanoscale friction in multi-layered graphene. Their findings could pave the way for graphene-based solid lubricants and micro/nano-scale mechanical devices.
Graphene, which consists of a single layer of carbon atoms, is the poster child of carbon-based 2D nanomaterials. It has many attractive properties that could be exploited in next-generation electronics, optics, catalysis, biomedicine, and many other fields. Recently, many scientists have focused on chemical vapor deposition (CVD) as a cost-efficient technique for producing larger graphene surfaces in lieu of the well-established method of mechanical exfoliation, which can only produce small graphene islands.
However, CVD graphene contains a fair number of surface structures and defects, including wrinkles, crystal grain boundaries, and surface contamination. Because graphene is so thin, even minor surface irregularities can greatly affect its properties, making its surface-property relationships an important area of research. While studies on this topic have been conducted extensively for single-layer CVD graphene, few have focused on how surface structures affect the nanoscale friction characteristics of multi-layered CVD graphene.

You can lubricate a bicycle chain with oil, but what do you do with a Mars rover or a red-hot conveyor belt in the steel industry? Very special nanomaterials have now been studied by the TU Wien together with research groups from Saarbrücken (Germany), Purdue University in the USA and the Universidad de Chile (Santiago, Chile).
The material class of MXenes (pronounced "maxene") has caused quite a stir in recent years in connection with novel battery technologies. But it now turns out that they are also an excellent solid lubricant that is extremely durable and performs its task even under the most difficult conditions. These remarkable properties of MXenes have now been published in the journal ACS Nano.
Like a stack of sheets of paper
Just like the carbon material graphene, MXenes belong to the class of so-called 2D materials: their properties are essentially determined by the fact that they are ultra-thin layers, single atomic layers, without strong bonds to the layer above or below.
"You first start with so-called MAX phases, which are special layer systems consisting of titanium, aluminium and carbon, for example," says Prof. Carsten Gachot, head of the Tribology Group at the Institute of Engineering Design and Product Development at TU Wien. "The crucial trick is to etch out the aluminium with hydrofluoric acid."
