I was tagged by @lingeringmirth, and look, I'm actually doing it instead of opening a tab "to do it later" and then forgetting! 😂

This snippet is from an ask response I'm currently working on.

“Steve,” Eddie sighs. “Stevie Stevie Stevie. What am I going to do with you?” He pushes off from the door and walks forward—stalks, really, in boots that add a few inches to his already intimidating height. If Steve were standing, Eddie would be taller than him. But Steve can’t stand right now, can he? Poor thing is only able to face him because the chair swivels. “I made special arrangements for you to be comfortable during the show, baby, and yet here you are.” It’s either the being wedged or the way he’s rounded out while eating his fill, but Steve’s belly is peeking out through his clothes from between the arms of the chair. Pants undone but boxers still clinging for purchase, hanging in there a bit below his belly button, and shirt riding up because it’s one of Eddie’s old band tees, the original Corroded Coffin design from their first tour. A trail of dark, unruly hair connects the dots between shirt and navel and boxers, obscuring some of the constellations of moles Eddie knows are there. That fuzzy line—the lower half—is the first thing Eddie’s hand goes to once he’s in touching range, twisting and bending his fingers just enough to give a light tug and getting a breathy groan for his trouble.
