The moons of Alternia were bright in the sky that night as Makona walked alone through the neon lit subgrub. A more lowblood heavy district, which already kind of made her stick out like an eight foot sore thumb.

The sea dwelling troll was dressed in slightly tattered jeans and a jacket with torn sleeves she’d yet to deliver to her matesprit for repairs. Her right forearm was bandaged up, though no signs of bleeding, so likely not a fresh wound anymore.

Her cheek was a bit scratched, as well as a few other places where skin was exposed; but despite her roughed up look, she couldn’t have been in higher spirits as she came to a stop outside a small bar on the outskirts of a low blood district. A neon sign hung above the door with the words “Half Pint Inn” casting a soft purple light across her face.

She of course had to duck just to get indoors, but that didn’t seem to bother her none as she crossed the floor to one of the booths in the back, phone already in hand as she began flipping through some of her recent pictures from her hunting trip. She also paid no mind to the odd glances she received from the other patrons of the inn. She did look like she got into a fight with a particularly feisty olive after all, so some stairs were reasonable.

She wasn’t the only highblood at the bar tonight, but seeing as she didn’t really know anyone, aside from maybe the quad armed bartender, she made no efforts to approach any of them. Instead she simply slides into one of the booths, admiring a shot she’d taken the last day out on her trip. Her hair was messier, her white striped braids, normally styled for a sea snake themed medusa look, had come undone in her scuffle with her latest kill, its purple blood still coating her free hand as she held up a peace sign for the camera.

The sea dweller in the present gives another toothy grin as she sends it off to her matesprit, letting her know she was back in town and within cell service again.
