from @salamansir's prompts "becoming human" & "mask"

the "becoming human" prompt was a bit tricky cuz I didn't want it to look like a person becoming something else. So I drew a werewolf in wolf mode changing back. Which is a process I don't think I normally see in werewolf movies or anything? it was fun to think about!

the masked woman is someone I think of every once in a while but I rarely draw her. never really knew what dense fluid is underneath her mask.

Immediately jump to the worst conclusions about any change in someone's actions.

Think of things that are triggering and upsetting out of nowhere.

Miss people who've hurt me severely in the past.

the worst take i have ever seen is when someone on here said that basically anything horror related is just goreporn and theres no reason for things like that to be in art and, worst of all, people are bad if they enjoy things like that. like idk how else to tell you this, but disregarding an entire genre of storytelling just bc you think its icky is the antithesis of art imo. im sorry not every story follows a disney formula so its easier for you to grasp the main point:( must be rough

I love watching horror media that has to do with demons and deciding which one of the brothers would be behind it

It’s even funnier when they actually have one of the boys canonically as the demon like in that movie that came out a little bit ago Popes Exorcist or whatever that had Asmo as the demon and he possessed a kid and asked his mom to suck on her titties like imagine Asmo doing that Lmao

I feel kind of dense.

I see all these overwhelmingly positive reviews for W0rldtr33 that comment on the haunting art and the gripping writing and the oh-so-human characters and their complex relationships. But here's the problem: I don't GET this comic.

The story makes very little sense to me. Especially the ending. If the solution to the Undernet's reign of terror was actually implied in a comprehensible way, I missed it, and that sucks, because I very much want to understand this comic. The characters DID win me over. The art and writing DID immerse me. But what the hell did I really just read?

Why did any of that horrible stuff just happen? And what really was Gabriel's plan? What, precisely, did he set in motion before he died? What saving grace did he leave behind for his friends?

I have too many unanswered questions. I invested time in this story, and interest, but nothing really came together for me by the end of issue #5. I'm frustrated. Does anybody have any insights?

I do think people shouldn't have to provide content warnings if they don't want to, but I also think that asking for content warnings shouldn't be met with blatant antagonism. especially from a public forum or group.
