I hate this assassin duo.
Hiiii!
Yeah, my week was busy, so it's been a bit again, but we're back to Teen Wolf!!
I have a new goal as far as watching goes, so maybe that'll help me stay on top of a decently regular watching schedule lol.
See, I told myself that I'm not allowed to write any fan fiction or do any music video edits until I finish the show, just because I want to make sure that I have all of the information and am completely up to date before I fully dive into all of those elements of the fandom.
Buuuut, if I don't finish this until school starts again, there is no way I'll have any time to do any sort of writing or editing while school is happening.
So! We're shooting for mid-July. If I can finish this show by then, that gives me a whole month (a month and a half before school really gets going) to fully immerse myself in the fandom and have the time of my life doing so. XD
With that out of the way...
I really hate Garrett and Violet (I had to look her name up--I don't know if they've said it at all yet lol). Like, they're very good villains, because they're clearly quite smart and a good team--it's an interesting dynamic to see Garrett as the brains and Violet as the brawn--but that also makes them terrifying, and the thing that really sucks is that they clearly see no gray area. They get the target, and they go for it, regardless of who it might be (I mean, that girl was YOUNG, and SO scared, and I would be surprised if she did anything crazy wrong).
Which...is the part that makes me nervous, especially now that Liam's a werewolf, because if his name ends up on that dead pool (it's not yet, right? He's too new for that, right? I didn't see him on it before...), I worry that Garrett and Violet aren't gonna care if he's their friend--all that will matter is that money, in the end.
And villains like that are the WORST. ESPECIALLY when they're smart and clever, because it's a lot easier for them to get the upper hand--especially when they're up against someone like Scott, who sees only gray area and is all anti-killing. Like, that's a problem.
ANYWAYS!
I'm sure this'll be fiiiiine.
Everything's gonna be fiiiine.
(I don't buy that for a second. XD)
Season 4, Episode 5.
Let's go.

(Using a gif of my boy because that intro is seriously straight fire and I absolutely LOVE how they framed Dylan O'Brien in the center of the strings like that. <3 <3 <3 <3)
Update: I am soooo glad I used that gif, because it matched perfectly with the sequence that came next with Stiles explaining all of the pieces of the dead pool. Which, by the way, was SO well done! The way they transitioned back and forth between Stiles's board and Sciles talking to Noah, plus Lydia and Malira (yep, grouping them together whenever I can gosh darnat XD) at the lake house, and eventually ended on Garrett and Violet walking into school...that was just sooo well done with the editing and the camera work, and it was a great way to exposit and explain the puzzle pieces and how they put them together. AHHHHH I LOVE THIS PACK SO MUCH! They're just so clever and such a good team and literally where would Beacon Hills be without them? <3 <3
