⭐️ Headcanon(s) about our muses.

When they first met, Hakkai (or should I say Gonou) initially believed he and Gojyo would not get along at all, which was fine since he hadn’t planned on staying long anyway. But he did owe him his gratitude at the very least, seeing that this was the man who took in a dubious half-dead stranger and saw to it that he’s healed without even asking questions. A bit of an oddball, that one. It seems they had some things in common after all.

Hakkai likes keeping himself occupied with house chores and cooking. It simply shifts his mind to focus on productivity and usefulness. Having lived together for some time, he’d taken note of when Gojyo would typically be home/wake up and have meals prepared accordingly.

“Well, someone’s on the ball today,” Hakkai observed with mirth. “You certainly aren’t showing them any mercy with those witty taunts and clean moves without rest.” Funny how their foes tend to come at them so impudently in great numbers, as if it would make any difference to the outcome of the battle. “Do be careful not to choke though... what with those slender legs of yours..~”
