UPDATE AND RETURN ====

WELL HELLO TUMBLR! Its been quite a long while since I've been here hasn't it!

Yes I have returned to bring some updates and some cleaning. So if you are interested have a fun read but if not (basically I'm coming back to post again with new material!) Now here we go ♥

Where have you been?

Primarily Insta and Twitter. I started to lose interested in Tumblr for a long while due to lack of activity and an overall loss of interest in my own creations. As some of you may know in 2021 I was one of the co-founders of the Walten Files fanzine "The Fandom Tapes" and it helped me get back into the swing of things. I also felt that I didn't really have pieces to "present" to an audience with being in school and all. I imagine that there has been followers that have only followed me on tumblr and was slowly see myself become a reblog page XD. But things are about to change >:}

So, what's new?

I'm proud of say and announce that...I'M HAVING A COMIC!!! That's right, I know that I've been up and down with projects or long period works (*cough, cough* the beatles fans that are still in the audience, those are not forgotten *cough*). But I can say for certain that on November 5th, 2022 will mark the starting of my webcomic, "Hallow Souls".

What is Hallow Souls?

It's a slice of life turned drama adventure about three unlikely monsters that live together under one roof and progressively learn to respect and confront each others pasts. Follow Whistle the clown, Markus the vampire, and Terra the witch in their adventures through their town of Aspen Harbor and reinventing themselves in their alternate magical world.

It's intended for mature audiences due to sensitive topics as we go along the story.

For years I've been wanting to make a story of my own and that dream will soon come true! It will currently be hosted on the comic site Tapas, But I do intend to start hosting on an official website! Which leads me to...

Mortalilies!! Wait huh?

Mortalilies (mor-ta-lilies) is the future name for my personal website that will act as an umbrella hub for all my projects and act as a digital portfolio.

I've been setting up my socials to be ready for this goal and to get Hallow Souls off the ground.

Is there a way to get updated/support this project?

Yes! For you see on Tuesday, November 1st I will be launching my PATREON! Here I will be posting exclusive updates for Hallow Souls as well as other projects later down the line.

Of course I will still be bringing active updates to my own socials as well as this one ^V^! All comic updates will be posted on this blog.

I also have my new and improved carrd below for all my links and basic info.

That seems to be the biggest things to bring up so far. Now I gotta play catch up so I can get ready for launch. Thank you ever so for reading all the way through!

I hope to use this as revamping for this pillar in my art career. Tumblr was the first online presence that I had so I want to give it another shot and be more active for real this time ♥

The overturning of Roe v. Wade (if it goes through) is gonna piss me off for years to come.

And not just because it overturns half a century of legal precedent seemingly for political clout, but because I know, I just KNOW, that all the states that ban abortion are going to start demanding more and more funding from the American government as a result of them being completely incapable of dealing with the fallout.

Beyond that, if they dont address the consequences of banning abortion, then their welfare rates are going to shoot up and they'll just make excuse after excuse.

My #1 post of 2022

NOw that they announced they're going to be remaking "A Wonderful Life" on the Switch, I betcha a ton of folks are going to be downloading gamecube emulators and playing the game just to refresh their memories of the game XD

The irony is palpatable.

No lies tho, I'm looking forward to it and really wish they had given us a release date. I remember genuinely enjoying this game on the gamecube, and hope I'll still enjoy it on the switch.

What’s your OTP for your Muse?

To keep it short on here-- they started out working together on a curious thing that ended up being the tip of a massive iceberg. They slowly build up from being ‘side project & annoying jackass scientist’, to friends, and then going further beyond that point. =v=; 

What are you willing to RP when it comes to shipping?

Most anything, I guess? As long as the chemistry between the muses works, it can be dark, angsty, fluffy, you name it o3o I like exploring different kinds of relationships~

How large does the age gap have to be to make it uncomfortable?

:D They gotta be 21+. So long as they’re both consenting adults who are both comfortable with the situation, then I’m all for it if they mesh well together!

Are you selective when shipping?

Yes and no?

 It’s all about that character chemistry, yo! I like it if the ship involves development of both characters, if they can lash out at each other and see each other at their ugliest, and still be able to work things out and grow from the experience. I love that shit. 

Now-- shipping for the sake of just seeing two cuties being cute... I can appreciate it aesthetic wise :3 I won’t be balls to the walls about it unless it’s got some meat to that fluff.

How far do steamy moments have to go before they’re considered NSFW?

As soon as it’s implied that there’s sexual intent and/or graphic detail about someone’s sensitive whosie-whatsits, it’s NSFW for me.

Who are other muses you ship your muse with?

Romantically? Just with Vivi so far. 

I find it kinda hard to ship this asshole with other people because of how much of a jerk he can be, initially. He’s not an ‘in your face’ kind of jerk- more like ‘He’s nice because he can use you for something and as long as you’re useful in some capacity, he’ll associate with you.’ It takes time with him getting accustomed to the other person being in his personal space and the other person not putting up with his shit for him to really ‘bond’ with them. If your muse is someone that lets people walk on them, they’re going to get stepped on. 

I’m totally down for writing dark/unhealthy ships, so long as it’s acknowledged by the other person that it’s not healthy and that I’m not treating that ship as 'ship goalz’ or someth. o~o

Does one have to ask to ship with you?

For this muse? You gotta. Otherwise, I’ll treat the interaction as main-verse. To ship with this jackass, we gotta build it from the ground up.

Your first OC ever?I feel the first ever OC I can remember having was either the Elder Scrolls characters (I have really old bio’s as the first two or three posts I ever made on this site… Because I have never changed my tumblr) or, a couple of pokemon OC’s I- Oooooooooooh, wait, I had some Pokemon OC’s when I was like… 12. Introduce OC that has changed from your first idea concerning what the character would be like?Most of them change drastically from their first thoughts to where they are now, and sadly enough, I don’t write down anything to really show that off? Most of my characters are completely built inside my head, and details shift and change constantly. Certain things get set in stone and as time goes on, more and more gets set. But I don’t really keep track of the changes?

SO literally any of them would work for this XD. (Again not comfortable talking about them though XD)

Like the song ‘You matter to me’ By Sara Bareilles and Jason Mraz, I 100% associate with my DA:I character Mihra. But she wasn’t inspired by it?

28. Your most dangerous OC?I’ve just realised this, but almost all of my OC’s are fighters in some way?? Mihra would be a pretty hard opponent, as would Jacob. Also a couple of my older characters…

She’d have a very wildlife and woodlands themed tumblr, lots of woods covered in fog. The background would be simple branch-like patterns running down the sides, beside the main bulk of text and pictures. There would probably be a lot of wiccan reblogs too, simple spells and pictures of gemstones. She might post a few of her own pictures. Mostly of pretty landscapes she’d found while out walking.

1. Your first OC ever?No idea honesly. The first I really though about were probably really bad ^^’

Do you have a personal favourite among your OCs?Francis is so fucked up and Jo is SO PURE and Will is such a little shit and Alex is so caring, and don’t get me started on Ela/Elo/Gabe/Cyrius or ANYTHING from FSF.  non fsf: Anna is a plane-driver scientist, red haired, ace & aro, who travels a world were populations from all periods of time come from Earth and live in floating islands. The land beside them is wild and Anna kind of map that, note what kind of culture or invention are ther, and after months she comes back to the Academy for like a week and she’s out again.

3. Have you ever adopted a character or gotten a character from someone else?I love @trashlord-watson‘s OC Mino and I helped raising him so I guess that counts?

4. A character you rarely talk about?My Quator. Four persons having different backgrounds, races, genders, sexualities,  together to kinda fight evil with kinda characteristics from animals? Their animals are Axolotl, Flamingo, Echidne and Artic Fox.

Now the cop is a DRAMAQUEEN babe with mental issues, the mafia chef is… well still sarcastic but caring and mostly done with everything, and the mafia chef’s lover is a MASSIVE LITTLE SHIT and he passive-agressive the cop, also now there’s Jo who is pure and nice and everything pure

I’ve not shipped in-play before so yet to be determined? I think it’s easier to say what I’m not willing to do and that would probably be anything overly abusive?

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?:

No minors for starters. That includes Esie in any underage forms. eeeeh other than that maybe five years? And that might just be due to compatibility between maturity levels etc.? Like I don’t know that SHE’D be comfortable with much more than that.

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?:

Depends, is mandatory-chemistry considered selective? Because if so then yes. If not then...yeah it’s all about chemistry for me. If I feel it or she ‘tells’ me she feels it, cool. if not, sorry *shrug*.

I haven’t really thought about it? I’m open to shipping but keep in mind as an OC mun I’m still pretty self-conscious about it. OC stigma and all that. It took me literal years to accept that I do in fact like her and Blake as a ship as well as in any platonic combination. lol 

DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?:

It’s a nice gesture but I do not require it. As in if your character wants to make a move of some sort, you have my clearance to go for it. All I ask is that you respect that any such advances can be subject to rejection - like in real life basically. You can ‘cast the line’ but understand that Esie is not obligated to bite. lol As I see it, rejection or even one-sided crush situations can in and of themselves be interesting interaction opportunities. So I’m okay with being a little more loose with this stuff, because I feel this stuff is best left free to unfold naturally, maybe something will eventually happen, maybe not, that’s the beauty of it. I shouldn’t have a problem unless you’re somehow really getting pushy with it, like straight up not-funny-anymore/scary-harassment-case levels IC and/or considerable OOC pressuring.

Again. Depends solely on if chemistry is there or not.

In roleplay, not really obsessed, but clearly not against it either? Again, it’s hard to be ‘ship-crazy’ with an OC. Even if you’re feeling a ship, you feel like you have to be super closeted about it a lot of times. And it’s easy to just chicken out of asking a partner for it because you just kind of assume your muse is not shipping material in their eyes (mind you it’s okay if that is the case, just you as the mun personally tend to assume that’s the case for everyone) lol 

ARE YOU MULTISHIP?:

Technically. Again. That C word. Chemistry. Also all ships are assumed to be in different ‘universes’, ie, she’s not a cheater. lol 

WHAT IS ( ARE ) YOUR FAVORITE SHIP(S) IN YOUR CURRENT FANDOM?:

I don’t really have any? In fuzors I did think Ciao and Deed could have been cute together XD and I was cool with the idea of RD and Sweet being a thing, thought they were good for each other.

Like mentioned above you can ask if you’re more comfortable with that. But if you’re feeling the chemistry, let your muse make a move/test the waters if you’re so inclined. Sure, Esie might not be into it (and maybe just that she’s not into it at that time) but I - the mun - will not be mad at you unless you get really - and I mean REALLY - pushy. And even then I'll probably try to just talk it out with you first before getting legit mad.
