Noname Shawarma is a shawarma truck that is parked in front of Jon’s. Choose from chicken, pork, or beef shawarma wraps, falafel wraps, sausage wraps, gyros, and crispy chicken. The wraps come with protein, tomatoes, shredded cabbage, pickles, red onions, and their house sauce.

Chicken shawarma wrap ($15): wrapped tightly like a burrito and griddled in a panini press until the wrap was surprisingly crispy. It seemed chewier than lavash but I’m not sure that a flour tortilla would get that crispy? The veggies were fresh, the cabbage crunchy, and the creamy sauce delicious – it wasn’t a garlic sauce but more like a chipotle sauce. The chicken shawarma was tender and the pickles sour and crunchy. The wrap was quite juicy and messy. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture of the interior.
