This semester I have to translate greek tragics/tragedies again and there's a word Euripides loves to use when it comes to safe travels and it's οὖρος which means 'favorable wind' (usually meant to be used in a context of travelling back home) and it's a word I always associated with Venti and his story quest.

#gi has done irreparable damage to my psyche and that's ok #i say /loves/ because he uses it both in Oedipus Tyrannus and Troades #I had translated half of OT last year but I failed that class (i didn't even go to the remedial oops) and that word was explained in class #ouros is giving venti just like peregrinus was giving scaramouche #anemo my beloveds #vivi in a nutshell
