I know we're all tired of seeing GHZ and CPZ being reused over and over again for nostalgia pandering, but I always wanted Sonic Team to reference or even remake some other places from the older Sonic canon in the current game canon. (Ignoring the two worlds and alternate continuities and all that crap)

Like, what's up with Never Lake nowadays? Is Little Planet okay? (No, I'm not counting S4E2's ending, and Mania did little to flesh out Little Planet as a whole.) Is Amy still returning there? Will Eggman ever try to mess with the Time Stones again?

And what about Newtrogic High Zone? Are the Chaotix still around there? Has it changed since the Metal Sonic Kai incident? If we aren't getting GHZ again, can we get Marina Madness as a replacement? I always thought that was a cool place.

Also, Angel Island isn't just the jungle or Sky Sanctuary, what happened to Carnival Night? Does Knuckles know about the damned souls imprisoned deep within Red Mountain? And if he knows, why didn't he talk about that, like, ever?

AND WHERE ARE AMY'S TAROT CARDS???
