Here a 'little' list of some details I found interesting:

The way Face is offended by the others jokes while hes trying to do his job

Murdock's pouty face (what is he thinking about that he now look so gloomy?)

Hannibal being pround of his son (and his coming out lol, for real here all the team is making fun of his fruity behaviour)

B.A little laughter

Love how Mike put Will in this discourse when it wasn’t necessary.

I mean, Will and El will live together, is obvious they would both come back to Hawkins during xmas holidays.

He includes Will like it was part of their talking, but it wasn’t. They were talking about seeing eachother, not seeing eachother and the others!

Meanwhile in s4…

He mentions the others, they are great yes but-

They aren’t Will. Will has always that special place.

He could have said something like “it’s Hawkins is not the same without you and El”.

Both were part of Mike’s life and part of Hawkins, but he decided to put the focus only on Will. This moment is about them, and them only.

Sure he mentions El, after, but not for including her, like he did with Will in s3. But for underlining that he truly misses Will and how they used to be together in past, because he spent too much time with El and obliviously Will (that started to feel before Mike that separation between them) left him behind.

I wanna also add that Mike is sincere about his feelings in both scenes. He is himself and he is opening up. This is really important, mostly from the perspective of a character like Mike, that is scared to be himself! (He felt stupid after mentioning he loved the idea to get gifts to play with.. this boy is scared of his tastes, romantic and not romantic).

So in conclusion Will for Mike is always his Sun, his centre, his biggest focus. His light, like the show also remind us always.
