AND I'm sorry, but another one note from Random Guy From Russia™. Are you going to draw/write some MH US!Sans/MH US!Napstabot (UT!Paps/UT!MTT) stuff? Just curious.

I’m answering this separately so I can talk about it more, and despite the second ask I’ll explain my thoughts on both ships just to cover everything ahah

in the case of Swap NapstaSans - I don’t care for it in general Underswap, but in Underswap MH... I have once considered that if I were to ship Neptune with someone other than Orchid (Toriel), Napstabot could be the most likely option? I should note I’m less fond of Underswap ships being carbon copies of the UT role equivalents and prefer them having more in common with the same characters’ relationships (as in, Swap MH Soriel is kinda more similar to UT Soriel than UT Papgore), so I think the issues I have with UT Papyton wouldn’t be nearly as prevalent in Swap MH NapstaSans, if it were a thing.

...but it decidedly is not a thing, because I don’t have the heart to be a multishipper and ultimately I can’t see the relationship having as much depth as I’ve built up between Neptune and Orchid, which is what’s canon. admittedly I haven’t shown like 60% of that depth yet but I have Plans I swear

as for Swap Papyton... well, UT Papyton is one of my lesser notps, so that’s also a no, sorry :’’’> and even if it weren’t, one of my Big Favourite headcanons is aromantic asexual Papyrus and that’s another thing that’s canon to Underswap MH, so Noodle’s staying a single pringle.

however I can offer you an idea I had for a non-romantic interaction between them: since deciding ‘Happstablook’ is his new name rather than his deadname, I’d been trying to think of how I could incorporate Noodle coming up with that name for him, since in the original game it’s just Papyrus’ headcanon name for him. I was stumped on that for a while but considering UT Papyrus is such a fan of Mettaton’s brand and Happstablook put in a lot of rebranding efforts with the Snail Farm, maybe Noodle is still a fan of his branding style and they got to know each other through that?

I need to develop the details of that idea more but they Might be friends at the very least 👍
