it's crazy how much the visual element can change the way i feel about a song
like.. 'paparazzi' by lady gaga is such an unrelatable song thematically and it's not even that great
but anytime i listen to it, the visual aesthetic is like blood flowing through my brain
between those disjointed beats i can see those 1-second long shots of absolutely gorgeous dead ladies with gold seeping out of them in place of blood, all in the mix of mega glamorous and luxurious settings and i'm like wow this is crazy
