what's up with people who refuse to engage in a little silliness
#i realised something yesterday: all my life ive assumed that everybody has a natural desire to have fun#and create fun for others#APPARENTLY THIS ISN'T TRUE. some people... gasp... lack a sense of humor#and I'm not coming at this because someone didn't find my joke funny it's because i found out there are people who'd rather wait for the#folks who can't stop laughing to finish laughing than to join in or prolong it#in multiple instances too. im actually a little shocked that not everybody has this... innate propensity for silliness?#idk it was like someone threw ice water on me and made me realise the EXACT thing that makes me feel like 'I'm with my people' vs 'i don't#feel understood by these people even though they are kind and trustworthy and I've known them so long'#vaaya moodu
