90% sure that the uni artificially limits the electricity output of the charging points in the library compared to domestic supply which is super fucking funny to me considering how they've made it so you really have to bring your own devices. since they chose to artificially limit the amount of computers in the building. arseholes
#more and more the higher-ups at this godforsaken institution do stupid things#first they shut off the aircon in buildings on the other end of the state. then they don't tell us the full picture about building works#and lie about how much greener the space will be (they put MORE concrete down than there was.)#and all this other bullshit#like! I did a test today to find out if last week was a fluke and it's not. in an hour and a half at home my ipad is fully charged#from circa 15%. from the same 15% start point it takes nearly four hours to reach 68%.
