Headcanon the Alucard's features began to change when Greta got her first white hair. So, in a way, they grew old together.

Her spine remained straight until the end, the corner of her mouth hiding a smirk, her hair, though color-changed, silky as ever. Her skin sagged, her fingers curled and her eyes sunk into her skull and became duller.

He couldn't properly age physically. His connection with Greta was so profound that by the time she reached her death bed, Alucard came to have a ghostly appearance, a cold beauty to him. His skin grew paler, his hair lost its golden shine and turned white, the flame left his eyes.
