Vão nomeando as coisas.

I was going to ask about his dark materials but im sure someone has/will beat me, so Feggie >:3c
send me a ship and get my thoughts on it | @fortheloveofwii you were in fact the first to send me an ask so you weren't beaten to the draw but its okay bc once you finally start hdm and i get the subsequent opportunity to pull you into the ranks of masriel nation then you will see the light B)
1) What made you ship it?
Uhhh... you!
I'm genuinely being serious I hadn't considered Reggie and Fetch together at all until I read Discovering Passions and then after we properly met you pulled me down even further into that spiral and I have no regrets
2) What are your favourite things about the ship?
Something about two beaten and bruised war-torn people who've lost family and nearly lost themselves finding a home in each other and being able to really find someone to trust despite the risk of losing them all over again really just gets to me <3
3) Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?
Not as far as I'm aware...? It's one of the real joys of having a lowkey ship and tbh our minds think so alike that I highly doubt we'd have any conflicting opinions about these two dorks

Emarosa talks new tunes, blending their style
Sonder contributor Travis Boyer recently had the chance to touch base with rock outfit Emarosa and talk about their changing musical style, new single, and what has fueled it all. Check out the interview below:
—-
Travis Boyer: "Stay" blends in nostalgia via the quintessential 80s pop sound, but still sounds contemporary and fresh, what goes into putting a new spin on a sound that's synonymous with a certain era?
Emarosa: I don't think it’s a conscious effort to put a new spin on it. I think our nostalgia, tastes and music that we listen to has influenced our instinct to make something fresh but familiar. T: In addition, do you think nostalgia helps or hurts the creative process?
E: For me, if I hear something that brings me back to a time in my life that I love. I’m going to really attach to that song. Nostalgia is typically referencing a happy memory or longing for that happiness in the past. I can't imagine why that would be bad if it’s tapped for the creative process.
T: What made you choose the 80s pop era as the sound you wanted to emulate?
E: It’s just what we grew up on. Our tastes have changed over the last decade and I think we all often reach back to our youth the older we get in a way to hold onto that. So it’s been a pretty strong sense of direction as far as what music we’re making. T: "Preach" is very much in the vein of that classic, new wave sound with a distinctly powerful message attached to it. What was the inspiration behind this song?
E: Everyone knows everything, right? To put yourself in the public eye is to put a target on you for anything at any time. I think “Preach” is a fantastic way to push back against that idea. T: Many bands and artists undergo evolutions in sound over their careers, what influenced your continued shift in style/genre?
E: It’s crazy to me that a band would want to make the same sounding album again and again. I’ve tapped into so many genres as a creative, so many styles. What we’ve released has felt the most organic and natural for us to create. The next record might bring us back to post-hardcore, who knows? When the time comes, we create what is the most honest and what feels like we want to create at that time. There's no game plan for creativity. T: How do you think "Sting" differs from "Peach Club”?
E: Great question. I think there's a maturity in “Sting”. PC was fun and poppy, light-hearted and a little bombastic at times. Sting is more focused, grown and refined. Full transparency I think it may become our most underappreciated album but time will tell. T: In addition to the release of your next album, "Sting," on January 27, what else do you anticipate that 2023 has in store for Emarosa?
E: We’ll be announcing some select cities in the US for live performances. We’ve got more music to release before the year is out as well. Plenty more from the Emarosa camp.

An update on this:
My mom hired a guy to fix this
Still leaking and he use a yellow paper tape
He gave up after being critized on his ugly work
I think i might just turn this room as a guest room.
I feel sad thinking i don't have any room in my own house, but isn't that what actually happening?
Time to let go
Just let it go
I will build my own house
Medium size house with good sunlight and plenty of space for my mom, sibs and dogs
Spaces to grow fruits and feggies
No chicken coz my dog gonna kill them
Maybe shrimps and fish
Not sure how i fit my future husband in this, maybe we have a home in the city
I always been in survival mode
If i going to have a child (if i could) i want them to feel lots of sun, explore the forest while being close to the mall lmao (i need my sugar intake)
Ok this is way too long and deserve another separate post
My moldy bedroom is toxic and wet. People say that your room reflects your state of mind.
I think it's a reminder that this childhood place need to be fixed to suit my adult self. I hope if i ever one day have a family, my house will be a proper home.
Even if my dad decided to fix this house, i am adult already, i will move out sooner or later.

i firmly believe that boys couldn’t have appeared or left caleb’s stage in any other order because luke was always going fight his hardest against caleb. he’s just too bonded to julie that he would not be on that stage without her. but there’s no way feggie would have been the first to join either because no else was on stage yet. he isn’t going play alone and he doesn’t join until after one of his best friends is there. before that caleb’s offer is only a half promise. alex was always going be the first one not because he’s the easiest to tempt but he loves willie enough that caleb can sink his claws into alex a little more and in turn get a hold of reggie too (which leads to luke struggling against caleb’s grip getting stronger). and honestly it’s their bonds to loved ones and music that pulls them on stage but they use those same contentions to pull themselves to julie as well because her love for them is more powerful than caleb’s control
#she offers everything caleb can and cant#theres no music without her !!! because they love her too much to play without her !!!!!#anyways this post is a mess#julie and the phantoms#jatp#alex mercer#reggie peters#luke patterson#julie molina#caleb covington
