What's up guyyyys, the anxiety consumes me this evening

There it is anyway#I went on a walk after dinner like 'oh maybe this'll be nice' but my brain was in panic mode and everything was setting it off#so I'm just like. okay#it's diminished now but I kinda. don't wanna do anything now. boooo
