Fascia is also the 3D tensional network of the human body and is the richest sensory organs embedded in nerve endings and mechanoreceptors. Whenever we move and change our posture, fascial receptors are activated, sending vibrational information through the spinal cord to the brain. Fascial dysfunction can occur by lack of movement, unhealthy nutrition, stress, poor postures and any kind of mental, physical and emotional traumatic experience. Deltawave Yoga has a great impact on the fascial health. The postural and bodytuning exercises are designed to restore the elasticity in the tissue layers, engaging the release of tension across the entire body. I am a Fascia Stretching Coach. I create and design Fascia Detox and Relaxation movement with a particular focus on: * The Unwinding Process * Body-Mind Coordination * Fascia Trauma Resolution * Internal System Regulation I teach practical exercises, on site and online, for private individuals, practitioners, groups and professionals. INDIVIDUAL SESSION Private sessions have a personal focus with individual sound relaxation exercises adapted to your body, mindset, particular request and specific needs. GROUP CLASS During group classes you learn, through vibroacoustic sessions, to explore the vibrational field, connect the sensory skills and activate the unwinding process. They pass through muscles, alongside bone, through joint spaces, between muscles and organs. In all of these cases, nerves are wrapped in the protective coat of fascia. The role of fascia as it wraps nerves is to provide a fluid, moveable, and protective shield around the nerves. Fascia responds to stress and strain in some unique ways. Under normal circumstances, nerves are supposed to be able to slide easily with the fascial coat. Due to stress, tension and all kind of toxins the fascia becomes tough. This leads to the sheath around nerves to become less resilient. That means that every time the body moves, the nerve gets tugged as it tries to move through its normal pathway. This leads to irritation and over time, injury combined with pain sensations results. That’s why it is imperative that any tension gets released. Because it is often hard to pinpoint the exact location of a tension, it is necessary to release the entire nerve pathway so that normal mobility is restored. This is best accomplished by slow gentle stretches. More benefit is derived when the exercises starts at the origin of the nerves. Nearest the bottom, center and top of the spine first, and then progress farther out to the rest of the body. Slow subtle stretches done with body awareness will release the tension, full motion and sensory capacity will be restored. As a fascia stretching and relaxation coach I teach practical exercises, on site and online, for private individuals, practitioners, groups and professionals.
