Glad we got another good episode! PI Undercover and Laszlo's father might actually be the 2 genuinely good episodes this season but they sure do slap.

On an unrelated note, this might be the first time we've seen Nadja and Colin actually bond the entire show. They did it well though! I'm here for it!

Lin-Manuel Miranda, Mark Hamill, and celebs who helped save 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' now have a group chat

Brooklyn Nine-Nine recently getting cancelled by Fox and miraculously picked up again for a sixth season by NBC has really brought the world together.

Enemies cast aside their differences, strangers befriended one another on the internet, and old friends reunited to save the beloved police comedy. But that's not all. 

Lin-Manuel Miranda, Mark Hamill, Seth Meyers, Guillermo del Toro, and Sean Astin started a freaking group chat about it.

NO BIG DEAL.

The hours of heartfelt pleas and tweets to save the show worked. Now Nine-Nine fans have another season and this brilliant fanboy group chat to enjoy.

OK, here's how this all went down. After news of the show's cancellation first spread, Hamilton creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda shared his disappointment and love for Brooklyn Nine-Nine on Twitter.

He tweeted a bunch and encouraged fans to do the same, and before we knew it Star Wars legend Mark Hamill was doing the same.

The Shape of Water director Guillermo del Toro got in on the action, as did comedian and late night host Seth Meyers and actor Sean Astin.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine has given us fully human characters, beautiful, powerful, flawed, vulnerable, majestic... In whichever form, B99 must return. It will. And I will be there to watch. And, it is my hope that I hope that, this time, a lot more people do too.

Their wide-reaching platforms generated even more buzz and support for the show, and once it was picked up by NBC the five celebs rejoiced on Twitter.

After celebrating with the stars of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Miranda announced the five celebrities had formed a group chat to obsess over the show together.

On Tuesday he shared a screenshot from the chat, which featured a selfie of Seth Meyers and Nine-Nine star Andy Samberg waving to the guys.

And then Mark Hamill responded to let everyone know the group chat had been named #GuardiansOfThe99. He also gave a wave of his own back to Jake Peralta.
