Okay, my first truck kind of flew off into the void... but I'm reasonably sure that this one will stay on the map.

me, who had a weird night with a fuckton of nightmares last night, wakes up not remembering much of it except freaking out over it at like 4 am
finally going through and closing all the tabs on my phone bc I forget to close them
the tabs: literally like 8 tabs where it’s just me panickedly googling “if you die in dreams do you die in real life,” like 5 times and then “can dreams kill you” “has anyone ever died from a nightmare” “how to know if you’re dead”
#personal#the sleep issues have a Grip on me lately#(I say as if they haven’t had a grip on me my entire life)#at least it’s not as bad as it used to be but hhhh I’m still so tired latley#sleep paralysis and deeply unsettling existential nightmares my behated#current running for worst recent nightmares is between#‘the meatsphere/the pig graveyard dream’#versus ‘the eternal torture factory’ where they kept people alive while turning them inside out and into sculptures on a conveyor belt#like it sounds almost bizarrely funny in retrospect eso since it’s not my usual realistic existential horror dreams but it did freak me out#at the time. getting turned into a sculpture in the dream and not being able to scream or talk was kind of terrible
