Actually really fascinated by free school lunches in the US. Some of the schools I went to didn't even have a cafeteria. And when they did it sure wasn't free.
Also the like, not lunch food was quite expensive compared to just going to the Lidl or something. But you might not have enough time to go or end up with only 5 minutes left of your lunch break when you get back.
#but then again. most school ends before lunch most of the time. like. most students only have like. 2 maybe 3 after lunch classes#extracurricular stuff was also very rare. some schools also didn't really have those#are your schools actually like those movies and shows filmed in schools? is that really what they're like because damn#-lutz

Pro Hero OC: School Headcanons
Sorami Amarai/Stormchaser
Sorami went to Shiketsu during her college years
Got in via recommendation for her strong work ethic and approachable personality
Learned how to pick apart manipulation tactics due to people trying to befriend her either because of her brother's reputation or her parents being well-known heroes
Contrary to popular belief, she made a lot of friends and is still friends with some of them to this day
Her first hero costume was a mix of a full bodysuit, combat boots, and a raincoat that looked like a hooded trenchcoat. She also carried an umbrella with her a la Mary Poppins.
She took up some extracurricular activities such as cheerleading and lacrosse. Those were her main two.
Like any other person with anxiety, she sometimes had really bad anxiety attacks but thankfully she was allowed to carry her meds
Sakura Ankokugai/Persephone
She was sent to Seiai like the rest of the women in the Yamaniwa clan were. While she didn't like that she didn't have a say in which school she went to, she also didn't want to disappoint her mother.
While she couldn't make it into Class 1-A of the Hero Course like her mother and female relatives did, she was placed in Class 1-B since she was very skilled and powerful.
President of the gardening club and often spent time in the on campus greenhouse either tending to the plants or honing the plant manipulation part of her Quirk.
Also took up ballet as a hobby.
She met Kagehiko/Hades during the Provisional License Exams and became smitten with them. Though she was unsure how to tell her mother since there were arrangements for her to be married to someone else. So the two of them dated in secret.
Studied overseas in Peru (where her father is from) during her junior year and as a way to connect with her Hispanic side.
Was a member of the Big 3 in her senior year
Joou Takarano/Splendor
A recommended student at Shiketsu thanks to family connections and her status.
Was a part of a dual enrollment course between heroics and general studies bc she was next in line to inherit the businesses and as such needs to know how things work.
Pretty popular and was in a lot of elite social circles. Of course that didn't mean she was the most social since she was in her one track mind phase of personality during this time
Spends 90% of her time in the library reading. Gotta be on that grind
Rarely, if ever, makes time for herself. Some say she's like a robot, others that she's addicted to working and just hates fun. Joou doesn't care about what they say.
Met Irefumi during some sort of event and was immediately annoyed by how laidback he was until he smiled at her. That was something she never emotionally recovered from.
