to answer: I feel like they both do, but at different stages of their relationship.

before they start dating, pieck would do it a lot to tease jean, and would use the cringiest lines on purpose just to (lovingly) embarrass him (jean will be like "STOPPPP 😭" the whole time lmao)

but once they're official and jean's more comfortable with her, he'll start to do it too it as payback: eventually, it becomes a sort of contest as to which one of them can out-cringe the other, which then turns into both of them unironically using pick-up lines and cheesy nicknames on each other without them realizing it, lmao.

I think jean's lines would be the corniest, though, and some of them secretly make pieck swoon. she'll never tell him—she hates when he gets the upper hand on these things—but jean knows anyway, lol.
