fingers crossed i picked the right thing to fix so the prickly pear mead isn’t as acidic as the black raspberry mead i made over the summer (too many tannins)

tho i just tasted the black raspberry mead and it’s way less acidic now than i remember it being when i bottled it 2 months ago so hopefully even that will wind up v tasty in a few more months? and i tasted the shorter bottle that has a lot more particulate so i know it’s not gonna taste as good as the other bottle (also it’s...definitely still fermenting. there were bubbles. i. did not plan for this nor expect it so it’s probs a good thing i tasted it bc they’re not in bottles with corks that breathe so burping is needed so i don’t explode things. that would be MESSY and unfortunate)

I may not like to be involved in drama but boy do I love to hear some juicy rumors and gossips.I like skincare and try to get into makeup because I like to feel pretty 💫 Recently I started to watch true crime documentaries and started to get interested in mental illnesses and crime. Also, probably important, my love languages are words of affirmation and quality time.
