gonna be honest the only reason i even have a modded kensa sloshing machine is because of the exploit in the software updater the kensa weapons had before their 4.2.0 patch that lets you inject code and run your own programs on that little lcd screen. it doesn't slosh ink properly since i got it as a secondhand junker, and i can't even use it anymore to post to the one other website i used to frequent and have all my posts say they were made on a sloshing machine ever since the grizzco buyout made everyone lose access to the site's api. i can only hope that someday i can bring this bit back on domesky though

#like you know on the one hand: why did the kensa weapons even need to connect to the internet and have software updates in the first place #even after that patch fixed the code injection exploit those things are inherently a cybersecurity nightmare #one could argue that running a pre-4.2.0 OS is more secure since you can mod in an actual firewall and communication encryptors #but on the other hand being able to have stuff like '[website] for kensa sloshing machine' or '[website] for kensa dynamo roller'#appended onto the post next to the posting date and stuff absolutely was peak comedy #it's somewhat of a shame that newer social media sites are pulling away from stating what specific application a post was made from #even if i get domesky running on that sloshing machine what's the point if it doesn't show up on all my posts #🪣 ᱨ𐓑Ꮣᱨ 🜶ⲶИⲶ́ booyahs
