rewatching gg 1x06 and god i hate dean so much he’s so fucking patronising and condescending with beth. the way he yells at her “sit down” makes me wanna wring his neck, you’re not her fucking father!!! and you know the kids pick up on it and that influences how they treat her too bc kenny said in like ep 2 or 3 or wtv that she “can’t do math” as if she’s not a full grown adult - like dude 6th grade math is not hard and with how simple the sums you were doing with rio were, anyone could help you. and the worst part is that dean is basically beth’s 5th kid, she has to do everything for him and like we see in season 2 he’s completely incapable of keeping the house clean and taking care of the kids, so he does not have the high ground here, if anyone deserves to be treated like a child it’s him!! basically, fuck dean!!!
