#WHEN ONE OF YOUR FAVORITE BANDS (just nick) MAKES A (potential) REFERENCE TO ONE OF YOUR OTHER FAVORITE BANDS (mischief brew)#erik petersen's suicide is constantly on my mind#he was reported missing on one of my mutuals birthdays (looking at you aspen)#he didn't feel like his work was making an impact but I know many people's who's lives we're not taken because of his work#but it wasn't enough to preserve his own#AND I'M READING CATCHER IN THE RYE RIGHT NOW AND I MADE ALL THOSE CONNECTIONS BEFORE LOOKING AT THE LYRIC GENIUS#I was looking through all of just nick's work because I'm trying to find a specific song#but it must be by a different artist???
