Homelander is an interesting character. You can see both the good and very bad in him, but it's what aspects you wish to focus on. He has a lot of trauma, and he's essentially alone in trying to navigate through his hurt. That's the part that I like to explore in my art and writing, what I know they would never focus on in the show.

He's basically just a 40 year old man who's been emotionally stunted to a child-like temperament, but at the same time he has the strongest powers of any supe. He's been restricted of any sort of genuine love throughout his upbringing, and craves it more than anything else. And that's what I like about his character, and that's why I like to draw and write him. He deserves some hugs and kisses. ❤️

The men are simultaneously more in-focus and FAR more sexualised, made to hit more attractive appeal points and also to BE HORNY DIRECTLY AT YOU.
