Hello! Figured I should make a list of blorbos so anyone has a chance of knowing what I'm talking about. In some particular order under the cut:

Jayne - DS Cyborg Bounty Hunter

Lot of firsts here: my first character, first through her class campaign, and the first and only I've started taking through the expansions so far. Got separated from her parents on Balmorra as a kid and figures they're probably dead. Likes to pick fights with Force users (hence the scar)

En'nead - DS Chiss Imperial Agent

Batman and James Bond's blue alien baby. Has a soft spot for droids. Romanced Kaliyo and took the Imperial ending. Middle child with family back in the Chiss Ascendacy he has a little brother named En'der

Meria Nura - LS Mirialan Jedi Consular

Daughter of one of my Knights and my Smuggler, she was supposed to have an arc about learning that being good isn't the same as following the rules but I never quite managed to play that out in the game so it's HC territory.

Thalia Clios - DS Ratatouille Rattataki Sith Inquisitor

You know that one line in one codex page on Korriban that says sometimes people sneak onto the planet disguised as slaves in an attempt to grab a bunch of artifacts Indiana Jones style and bounce? Well that's Thalia's backstory until someone realized she was Force sensitive and stuck her in with the other potential Siths. Probably hangs out as Darth Nox just long enough to figure out a way to dissapear into the frontier, being a Sith was a fun power trip but she doesn't plan on staying long term. Would've romanced Talos if he was an option.

Rhosse Nura - neutral Mirialan Jedi Knight

Lets all the power go to his head and ends up a grey Jedi. But also he hasn't left the starter planet yet. Meira's Dad, he does a lot better (and more good tbh) as Staine's smuggling partner who happens to be Force sensitive. Decent dad.

Staine Nura - LS Mirialan Smuggler

Aggressively nice in a "I'm going to kick that guy's ass for you but also you need to get good" kinda way. I think she's in chapter 2 right now? Meira's mom. Kinda looks like Ciri TheWitcher.

Triq Barnas - LS Nautilan Trooper

He's just a nice guy! Gives good hugs, wields big guns. I think he's on Coruscant right now. Hand to hand expert and Staine's buddy/ occasional Republic connection. Yes my whole light side crew is green.

Ashiok Vray - DS Togruta Sith Warrior

Used to be a trooper till she got grabbed by the Sith. Her family was Sith before they defected for a couple generations and she didn't know. Likes to mess (read:fight) with Sith and nobles but has a soft spot for the soldiers on the ground. Also Vette.

The ImpInt breakroom is notable for many things, including the eccentric personalities of the employees and the depressing state of the ration bars they seem to have a near endless supply of.

3. What romance not in the game would they pursue?

I'm pretty happy with the canon imperial romances for En'nead, but I think it would be hilarious if he could butt into whatever the hell Satele Shan and Darth Maul have going on.

7. What parts of their appearance aren't shown in game?

He's secretly got a really cheesy back-of-the-shoulder tattoo he had to get while undercover.

8. Is their voice different from the game?

I'm too used to the voice, that is what he sounds like. Maybe sometimes he lightens up on the accent if he's not in the middle of Imperial space.

9. What do they regard as their culture and/or heritage?

En'nead is a loaner to the Empire from the Chiss Ascendacy. Culturally he is Chiss and his heritage is Chiss and anything else he's picked up is to help him fit in in Imperial/Republic space

14. What's their dream mount? Have they driven it?

Back before i ever played KOTFE I picked up the Zakuulan Drifter specifically for En'nead and it's still his favorite mount, I have decided. Because I spent money on it.

En'nead (Chiss Imperial Agent):

3. I think you'd recruit En'nead on like, Makeb. It's shortly after the end of the individual character campaigns and it feels like a good place for an Imperial agent with his own things going on to cross paths with the assorted classes. Also then he gets to be around to bug Lana and Theron before the Big Expansions With Acronyms That Start With K start up and things get serious. He deserves to see the pirate shenanigans on Rishi!

8. He would absolutely be romancable, he's too pretty to die. The trajectory would probably go from blowing off steam with each other to En'nead realizing he's committed to the bit while he wasn't looking, oops ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

14. If you swapped her out the phrase that immediately sprung to mind was "Fine by me." Maybe also a "Oh? But I was just starting to have fun." And now I'm hearing the Sith Warrior voice in my head so thank you for that, its very smooth.

Also "you'll regret that" and "good luck" wait this is fun I think I have more

16. I like to hc Ashiok as being a Republic Trooper before she got scooped into being a Sith Warrior so I think she'd have a lot of random dialogue prompts when you're passing by random groups of soldier npcs. Ashiok respects grunts and she likes messing with Sith so maybe riffs on "This is disgraceful" or "Give me five minutes with that squad over there and we'd win the whole war."

Bonus round: Thalia (Rattataki Sith Inquisitor)

4. Where would you recruit her? Probably Tattoine or Voss. Somewhere she can be making a run from the Empire but she's not really gone yet

5. What would their recruitment mission be? You are 100% faking her death so she can stop being Darth Nox. Thalia snuck onto Korriban to try and steal artifacts Indiana Jones-style, in order to sell on the black market (the opposite of Indiana Jones-style) and got scooped into Sith training so she does not want to be where she is.

10. Do they know any canon characters?

Ashiok worked for the Republic before she got Sith Warrior'd, so I like to think she and Jurgen were in the same place at least once.

Intelligence doesn't really factor into the Bounty Hunter storyline but I have to assume they like disposable agents that don't ask questions so Jayne has probably had dealings with them in the past.

16. Idle chatter?

Ashiok (warrior) - got her in the last batch of asks

Thalia (inquisitor) - She sings, she dances, she steals things (and is super haunted) so I think you'd get lines like "Ooo, shiny." "No one's going to miss this." "Did anyone else hear that too?"

Jayne (bounty hunter) - She's a professional. Standing around you'd get like "This is what you want to do? Good thing I charge by the hour." "Perimeter's clear." "Locked and loaded."

This is more for #14 but if you sent her away she'd say "whatever you say" and "you got it"

En'nead (agent) - He's calm, he's smooth, he's commenting on the drink selection/snack/bar/attractive people nearby. Also sometimes he's cooing at the smaller droids.

17. Post campaign letters:

Ashiok - She's hoping you won't cross paths on opposing sides in the future. Working with you was a little less terrible than usual and she'd hate to have to kill you

Jayne - This feels a little oc but I think it'd be funny if it's literally a bill and then a little note about how it was nice working with you

En'nead - farewell and thanks for all the info. He's back to his own business but if you need anything just call

For En'nead, I don't think I've put this into words but I'm pretty sure after the Imperial Agent campaign he's basically James Bond and Batman's terrible baby who works for an evil empire. Like he wanders off with that stack of dossiers to do whatever he wants and whenever Keeper needs him to actually show up she just leaves voicemails on random devices till he shows up.

Also the names for his probes are Zoom, Boom, and Blip and no I don't know which ones are which either.

Uuuuuh for anyone I'm going to say halfway through making Staine in the character creator I realized she looks like an alien version of Ciri TheWitcher and I think that's funny cause I don't know shit about the Witcher but look

Spy vs Spy

Here’s a little Imperial Agent fic featuring my boy En’nead and @ishallobservethis ’s Nine. Thank you for letting me borrow her, she’s very cool!

The Star Cluster Casino is a riot of flashing lights and eye-watering color, even from a distance. Especially when En'nead makes up the difference with a high-powered scope.

The agent is stretched out across the body of a skycar with his rifle braced on the back headrest. His target: some gangster who's only memorable for the wildly fluctuating luck that dropped an Imperial dossier in his lap at the same time it brought him to Intelligence's eye.

He's relying on the same luck at the smuggler slots. It's not working out.

En'nead's spent plenty of time on the plaza himself, he can practically hear the faint ringing of the distant machines in his ears and taste the sweat and desperation of the gamblers in the air.

He raises the barrel a hair, unhurried.

Meticulously finds his range.

His finger caresses the trigger, body carefully relaxed as he waits for the moment between one heartbeat and the next.

One.

"Looks like you missed."

The knife prickles against En'nead's neck before it trails lower, dipping to trace over the subtle jut of a collarbone through his skintight shirt. The metal is cool through the fabric. He doesn't flinch.

"I'm too pretty to kill and you know it, Cipher Nine. You'd miss me."

His voice is low under the deliberate accent, each word slowly enunciated as his gaze remains focused into the distance.

"And you know that's not my name anymore. It never was, really."

 "Sure." The side of his mouth she can see lifts fractionally into a sardonic smile. "But you're still going by Nine and I have to wonder, my dear. Nine of what?"

"What about you?" She deflects. "Still playing agent last I heard."

"In a manner, yes." En'nead reluctantly admits, "But these days it's just me and a rather thick pile of files on messes to clean up. May as well call me the janitor."

The knife disapears for an instance. Nine leans in to purr at his ear. "Alright, janitor. Mop up."

The cold tip finds En'nead’s jaw but he remains still, waiting for his moment.

And the next.

 The gangster's hands shoot up in celebration of something and En'nead fires before he's even fully aware he's made the decision.

 A spray of green blood splatters the next gambler at the row of seats.

The arms come down, limp.

The gangster collapses across the slot machine still spitting tokens, and a cry comes out of the crowd. It parts like a field of grass under a speeder as people dive for cover or for the spilling coins rolling across the floor.

Some alien walks past, unblinking at the commotion, and scoops the case lying at the base of the slot machine before En'nead's man can even lean out of his slouch against a nearby pillar.

"Friend of yours?"

"Could be. This has been fun, but it's time for me to go."

 Nine pats En'nead's cheek in mock sympathy as she swings her legs over the edge of the car.

"Till next time."

"Till then."

She disapears over the side.

"Well, frag."

Let me post this drabble that would make a nice opening to something if I ever figured it out:

Once En'nead's brother had told him success in most things in life was like a good gunfight: it all depended on focus and positioning. His siblings had taught him that long before any of them had ever put it into words, even. Oldest has responsibilities. The youngest, who'd ripped the favored position from En'nead's posession merely by being born, gets experience. Even a second child finds a way to make herself unique. But another son. Third child. Second son, no longer the last but still ends up the least. He has to squeak loud enough to get any oil, so to speak.

It had been the same when En'nead had entered the service, and even more vital of a maxim when he'd been flung out into Imperial space. Position and focus. Know where you stand and where you are going at all times and in all things.

For the first time in his life En'nead feels out of place.

#3 for Jayne "Do they fit with their faction or were they sort of born into it?":

The Empire fits Jayne better than she'd like to admit as a bounty hunter. She wasn't born into it, in fact I headcanon her parents as Republic supporters on Balmorra. But they were gone when Jayne was still pretty young and the Empire's a lot less judgemental when they hire bounty hunters than the Republic is so she's pretty happy where she is. She respects that the worse of the Empire is usually less hypocritical than the worse of the Republic too.

#11 for Meira "Do they have a favorite color crystal they like to use? What color?":

Her favorite is yellow cause its pretty :)

And I like it for her because as a Consular I like the extended universe stuff about yellow sabers being for jedi trained with a mix of physical and scholary pursuits, and also it contrasts nice with her green skin 😂

#14 for Thalia "Who's their favorite companion?":

Oh Talos hands down. Khem and Jaesa are also a lot of fun but Thalia was sort of a lowercase s smuggler before she became an Inquisitor and she still has a soft spot for dealing with artifacts. Also he's the chillest companion. Would've romanced if he was an option for sure

For an Imperial Sniper he's a serious adrenaline junkie with a thing for taking side jobs he probably shouldn't. Also likes his drinks and flirting

En'nead's outfits by planet(ish) so far:

Hutta and Nar Shadaa: imperial pilot armor cause it fits the Red Blade

Dromund Kaas and Balmorra: some standard Imperial fit, he keeps snacks in the sternum pouch : )

Tarsis: this one just looked cool

Quesh: blends in and hoods are good for angst

Hoth: this is as far as he's gotten, this looked warm and like it would blend in with the snow a bit
