and honestly, I know we're all har har twitter is the hell app but one of the apps drains my phone battery twice as fast and it sure as shit isn't twitter
#and ik it's individual tumblr experiences but for ages I've gotten more user interaction out of twitter than tumblr#like I used to like the long form-ness of tumblr's dash but as fandom meta fell out of vogue#and also the enshittification of the dash#it makes coming back less appealing#which is a shame! there are many aspect where it still sucks less#like the tag search (broken as it is from its former glory) is still good to find old stuff#and the gifs are unmatched here no other website competes#but tumblr keeps providing fewer reasons to stick around#either way twitter sucks too so I'm in the line for a bluesky code and seeing how that pans out#maybe it'll join my dead pillowfort account who knows
