#OvenBakedChickenBreast with #SunDriedTomato and sliced #WhiteMushrooms in foil Ingredients: Boneless Chicken Breast, Cut Sun Dried tomatoes in Oil, 1 bulb minced Garlic, sliced White Mushrooms, Salt and Pepper, ground Oregano and dried parsley flakes. On a foil, lay a layer of mushrooms and tomatoes. Place chicken that is sprinkled both side with salt and pepper on top of the layer of mushrooms and tomatoes. Lay another layer of mushrooms and tomatoes on the chicken. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of oil from the tomatoes, bit of ground Oregano and parsley flakes. Wrap the foil and put in oven that is preheat to 180 degree Celsius to 20mins. Thanks to umZ, suggested to try Sun dried tomatoes in my cooking.
