Here's the design I came up with for Crystal King Oliver! I'm actually pretty proud of it. It's kind of simple, but then again my designs are always simple. I based it on a mix of the canon Crystal King design as well as an Overlord Oliver design I came up with quite a long time ago and never posted (don't ask me to post it the art is bad I really don't wanna show it)

Anyway, so little details: I tried to make him look a bit like an oni and a dragon since it's just a personal headcanon of mine that the Overlord is part oni and dragon like the FSM. I tried to make his feet look like a mix between goat feet and dragon feet. His cape is also just his wings folded up. They work basically the same way as Meta Knight's wings where it looks like a cape until he needs to use them and they turn into wings.

But yeah, that's about it. With the amount of asks I've been getting about Crystal King Oliver, I figured it was time to sit down and actually draw him.
