Thinking about the parenting advice that's to watch when/how many times you say good job to your kid because then if you don't say good job they'll think Oh Well Mom didn't say Good Job so I guess this isn't good anymore

#elias howls #like its. not how that works if ur consistently giving yout kid praise which you should do and if you set ur kid up for sucsess you should b #e able to see what achievements they're REALLY proud of. For some kids this can be true but also if your house is a house of love and excitement and you're always nurturing your k #id this isnt. An Issue #it reminds me of self sootheing which has been largely talked on. like oh the baby will stop eventually. like. The Baby can show signs of no #t being loved enough BECAUSE of that. Like we have studies. theres more too it but the way some people treat actual literal babies who's onl #y form of communication is mostly crying is. Why did you have a fucking child
