#anyway I feel like Tim's surviving relatives could have pushed for expedited presumption of death#due to NJ's acceptance of 'special peril' doctrine and the whole like#large amounts of his blood found at his last known location as well as the body of the person hired to kill him#they sure would have a case for 'subjected to special peril or serious danger' even without a body#also because otherwise the 5 year wait for declaration of death in new Jersey wouldn't fit this au timeline
