#╳┆ dayne speaking ┆◜ ooc ◞#drafting replies & came to the hilarious realization that Meredy's two biggest influences are Ultear & Jellal--#so she probably doesn't understand most slang & talks like an evil grandmother#like yeah she might've picked up a few things from Zancrow and Rustyrose during the GH days but it would probably be vulgarities#Ultear probably picked up some of Hades' speech patterns - so naturally Meredy adopted them as well#I need Sorano to teach her slang pls pls pls someone give her an arsenal of bullshit to use against Jellal#bluenote's bitch ass was NOT speaking to her & Capricorn was just as bad as Hades in the antiquated language department - if not worse#I honestly don't remember the rest of them well enough to form an opinion#maybe someday I'll rewatch tenrou#this entire train of thought started because I was internally debating on whether or not Meredy would call Jellal 'unc'#and came to the conclusion that she probably knows about as much slang as jellal does - which is barely any at all#Sawyer would be the one to teach her how to use terms completely incorrectly#yk I also think Meredy and Millianna would have such a cute friendship. kind of need that#rambling rambling (to the tune of rumbling) sorry#ok kiss kiss bye now
