Donald Trump incited an insurrection and despite that is about to become President (again)… As an aside, this is currently illegal per the Constitution.

Luigi Mangione *allegedly* shot and killed a singular CEO, who was a billionaire. One who was responsible for the systemic murder of thousands and the suffering of many more. One who has garnered no sympathy from the working class, because Luigi exposed health insurance as the scam that it truly is. Which has started to show capitalism for the scam that it truly is…

Where is Donald Trump’s terrorism charge? Why is a felon rapist who incited a domestic terrorist attack on January 6, 2021 about to be awarded the Presidency for a second time?

Where is the FUCKING JUSTICE?!

Additionally, why hasn’t every single mass shooter gotten a terrorism charge? Why don’t we treat EVERY school shooter this way?

Donald Trump being inaugurated into office on January 20, 2025 is unconstitutional, under Amendment 14, Section 3 of the United States Constitution:

The vote mentioned at the end, underlined in red, has NOT happened. The disability to hold office has NOT been removed. He remains ineligible for office.

Article 1, Section 3, Clause 7 of the United States Constitution:

Donald Trump was impeached. TWICE!

The Declaration of Independence is clear on what action the people should take against the government in times like this:

Donald Trump is a convicted felon who is currently ineligible from taking office, yet he is about to be inaugurated despite of this. His upcoming presidency is illegal. He is also at the beck and call of the richest man in the world. And hellbent on setting fire to the Constitution.

Luigi Mangione is an independent citizen, who was following the guidance outlined in the Declaration of Independence. Since the powers that be are treating the US Constitution like toilet paper, it is the only recourse.

Will we be brave enough to follow?

By Carroll’s admission, her story contains inconsistencies. She can’t remember the date the assault occurred, for example, and has said she doesn’t know why she went into the dressing room with Trump that day. In his opener, Tacopina told the jury he would expose all of Carroll’s inconsistencies, show that she was indeed the liar Trump claimed her to be, and prove she made up the entire story in pursuit of public attention.

But on Thursday, when Tacopina, a burly, muscular man with a growling deep voice and a thick Brooklyn accent, had his chance to question Carroll, a former fixture of New York media society, now 79, he hit a brick wall. Carroll parried his initial attempts to unravel inconsistencies in her story, so the lawyer proceeded to grill her on slight inconsistencies between her testimony in a deposition last fall and what she has said on the stand this week. Those efforts left even the judge, Lewis Kaplan, appearing exasperated, and snapping at Tacopina to move on.

But when Tacopina tried to challenge Carroll about why she did not scream when Trump was allegedly raping her violently, Carroll ultimately delivered a strong rebuke.

“I’m not a screamer, I was in too much of a panic, I was fighting,” she responded to his initial query.

Tacopina pressed further—and Carroll pushed back. “You can’t beat up on me for not screaming,” she said, firmly.

“I’m not beating you up!” Tacopina said, appearing flustered.

“Women who don’t come forward—one of the reasons they don’t come forward is because they all get asked, ‘Why didn’t you scream?'” Carroll said, her voice rising. “Some women scream, some women don’t. It keeps them silent.”

“You’d better have a good excuse as to why you didn’t scream; if you don’t scream, you weren’t raped,” Carroll continued, mocking his line of questioning. “I’m telling you, he raped me, whether I screamed or not!”

At this point, Carroll began to cry.

Tacopina asked whether she needed a moment. “No, you go on,” she said icily. “I don’t need an excuse for not screaming.”

I was dumbfounded to hear of ABC’s and George Stephanopoulos’ “settlement” with Donald Trump and their apology.  I have since removed ABC ‘News’ from my list of trusted sources … another one down, how many left?  Donald Trump sued the network and Stephanopoulos for a bunch of millions of dollars because on one of his weekend shows, Stephanopoulos called what Trump did to E. Jean Carroll “rape”…
