This was intended to never see the light, but since I've seen she has been again spreading lies to validate herself out of her insecurity, I think this is needed. I won't tolerate to be called dishonest again and be accused of things I never did when this person has commited bigger mistakes and transgressions.

HyliaBeilschmidt, the author of Polsterreich, has been trying to erase my contribution to the creation of the base of her story, and she has attributed to herself the creation and designs of characters that she didn't created in the first place. This is only a few pieces that proves my heavy involvement, some of them are even the first depiction of ideas she still uses. For example, the final drawing was the first time in all the universe in which the combination of the poppy and the edelweis appeared. It was my idea. I even still remember her words when she saw that drawing: "there is no thing I dislike from this picture".

That comic, yes, it's Fritz. His name back then was Fritz Wittelsbach, because I'm a fan of Empress Elisabeth. Wait, Fritz in a romantic scene with the Princess? Yes, because Fritz was especifically created as a romantic interest of the Princess. The infamous princess, which creation she has no right to claim because she is... A self-insert of myself. The motive she gives now for Fritz and the Princess' creation is a blatant lie, and, again, a vain try to erase my contribution. The protagonist Julia is named Julia because... it sounds like Hylia. It was also known as the "fuhrerin", but I guess she has discarded that title for its negative connotations. The first name of the Princess was Pallas, I named her like that because as the characters grew we felt they needed their own names. Until then, we were calling the Princess, Princess Pal. Because it's me. My real name is Paloma. My friends call me PAL. Even its current name, Palmira, resembles my real name. The princess is clearly made to be a reflect of myself and don't be surprised if the big plot twist of the story is that she has been the villain all the time somehow.

AND YET SHE STILL TRIES TO CONVINCE EVERYBODY SHE MADE THE CHARACTER.

She is now trying to convince herself and others that my own ideas an stories are taken from ideas she had, what isn't true at all. I didn't use no one. Why would I want to use someone less skilled than me?

In any case, these are just a minimal sample of all the work I made for Polsterreich. When I disassociated myself from the project, I made a purge, thinking I would never have to worry about an unfair use of my work. I was wrong.

I used to be an admin of the @polsterreich blog too, but when I finished my friendship with HyliaBeilschmidt I commited the mistake of not deleting my drawings first. I asked her to do it for me, but she only accepted to do it if I "pay her a commission". In other words, I was extorted. I was extorted real money for having my own artwork removed from a blog. But that isn't the worse thing that happened.

I had to open commissions to pay that money to my husband, who gave me the money in advance. Once I made the payment, HyliaBeilschmidt made a dramatic movement: She sent me a broken link of the blog, implying she had deleted the entire blog. That wasn't what I was asking for, and I thought she was being over dramatic just to apeal my sympathy, but I was too tired. I considered it was finished and I was fine with it.

But do you think it ends there? Oh no. Some time later, I had a bad premonition. Somehow I felt compelled to visit the Polsterreich blog again..... AND ALL MY DRAWINGS WERE STILL THERE. ALL OF THEM.

Hyliabeilschmit didn't delete the blog, she just changed the username, sent me a broken link to make me believe she deleted it, and then restored the username and the blog with the entirety of my art there. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. AFTER I PAID HER REAL MONEY TO HAVE THEM REMOVED.

And that's how this feud started. I felt so deceived and so outraged for this person's dishonor and ill intentioned behavior that I decided I got the legitimate right to take the characters I created and I lamented to leave behind and use them for my own story. That's how Lady Lioness was born.

If Hylia had done the things right from the very beginning, asking for permission, deleting the drawings when I asked for instead of playing a ridiculous game in which she thought she was "owning the libs" and not making the most fool of herself ever seen, maybe all this would never happen and she wouldn't have now to confront the consecuences of her actions, that she knew one day would come to haunt her. No matter how much she thinks disguising this as mockery thinks is a smart move, it is not. Then the insults started. Hyliabeilschmidt started to send insults through the search bar of the Lady Lioness blog, in order for them to be seen through the analytics. I have screenshots of all of them. Some of them were very deranged and tasteless. For example, she asked me to kill myself and used to refer to my newborn son as "broken condom". Told me which kind of mother I was for sending my son to kindergarten. She insulted my musical tastes, showing me she stalked my Instagram stories, and in general, made me feel unsafe. Even one day she resorted to an act of terrorism I don't want to even remember.

She wasn't in the right to do any of that. Yet I endured and went to therapy to try to overcome all that pain. I didn't say nothing publicly until now to appeal to her good will and make her see I was ready to let it go if she decided to do the right thing. But she never did. She tried once to send me some emails full of pretty words, but those ended in a silly attempt to gaslight me about the creation of the Polsterreich elements she claimed. Since I didn't fell in her trap, it didn't took much time to post a journal on Deviant Art defaming me again. For a long time I thought peace was finally reached our situation, but I found out recently is not. She again deceived, she again lied, and still lies, and will keep lying. It's very sad. And so, since I see it is definitely useless, I have decided to finally tell everything.

There were more, much much more art. A drawing of Fritz sitting in jail surrounded by books, a Julia in a killing frenzy, Julia and the Princess sitting with tattoos on her backs, a Julia in red sitting on a throne (many Julias as I used to draw her a lot to cheer the author up in her bad days), a drawing of Fritz, the Princess and Julia in a car with action poses, some... nsfw drawings of Fritz with the Princess which were pure cringe lol, well, I remember a good bunch. In the past, i've seen how she even tried to recreate these drawings in her own style to claim the ideas are their own.

As I said before, what those characters and ideas are now, I don't care. I'll never claim any specifical credit for them. But I can't with the lies. The lies were unnecessary. There is no need to fake an origin, with the only purpose of trying to convince someone everything is her idea. She doesn't have to convince anyone, just tell the story, and if she wants to not share all of it, the reason should be in order to not spoil the experience to future readers, not for fear of "plagiarism".

In conclusion, I truly can't understand this move. I understand is a matter of pride, and as I said, must be infuriating to know some of the best ideas of a story you created aren't yours. I don't have that problem because, despite what she says, all my stories are completely original and different. When we finished our friendship, there wasn't even a story in Polsterreich. A bunch of things she came up later didn't exist, whatever happens in her story now didn't existed. What we had back then was a formless bunch of concepts and events made only to self-indulge in them. How can I copy or plagiarize a thing that didn't exist? How can I copy a story that wasn't written yet? That's why I have confidence in my work. I have no idea what happens in Polsterreich, the same way she has no idea what happens in Lady Lioness. And about all this stuff, the only thing that shows me is a lack of confidence, an insecurity, a need of validation, a need to prove to herself she made those things, twisting her own reality. But it's impossible to escape from truth. Truth can be omitted, but never changed.

And the truth is:

@polsterreich never created the princess, and about Fritz she only gave the idea of him being a henchman and his first name. Fritz's surname (until she changed it) , background, design back then -even the fact he got green eyes- were made by me, as I suggested Fritz to be created since I wanted a romantic interest for the princess. The "early designs" of the princess she posted are only a redraw of my own designs.

I would have liked to resolve this on private, but I have sent her a couple emails and I don't get any answer. Because of it, I have renounced to contact her privately. Also, I know it wouldn't do anything since I asked her politely through an email a year ago to remove from her blog the drawings she copied from me as a proof of good will, and I'm still waiting for it. It proved me again her credibility was dubious. These are some of the drawings she copied and refuse to remove:

The first one is even funny because it is a drawing with the original design of Fritz I created back then, showing his original personality, that I only posted on a Instagram story.

You can't be poking someone with a stick for years and expect them to do nothing at some time. I have wasted tones of patience, good will, and I have done everything in my hands to keep this as light and unimportant as I can, but I CAN'T WITH LIES. Inside me I know nothing will change, and instead I will get more lies, excuses and insults, but the truth is hard and strong like a diamond, and shines brighter.

I know this is hard to prove since I am the only person which remains from that time. And I commited the mistake of thinking the other part had a bit of self-consciousness and would do the correct thing, so I deleted most of that proof thinking I wouldn't have to worry about it. But she is now surrounded by new people, who wasn't there when all of these were created and who has no idea what happened between us, how much I suffered (and I still suffer) due to her behavior. So of course they will believe her part. But there is something they must know: I'm a honest person, I would never lie, because I have an aspiration, and when you aspire to something you must be a true person so you can live without fear. I have a dead father: I swear over his soul and tomb I'm telling the truth. I have a small child: I swear over his life and health that I'm telling the truth. I'm a Christian: I swear in the eyes of God and Christ and over my New Testament I'm telling the truth.

I have nothing against Polsterreich. I have no problem with it existing. I have no problem the author does with it whatever she wants, despite she is still using concepts that aren't her creation and claiming them as such. I perceive basically she is very insecure about her work because she knows the truth of its foundations and that's why she has that need of saying constantly, this is mine, I made it, the other person is lying, I created it all. But that's not enough for her, for some reason she has also a need to difame me in a completely unfair and untrue way. I guess she needs it to get the sympathy she needs to feel validated. When we were friends she used to talk to me about how much she would like to be "charismatic" and be able to "control people". I guess she only wanted to be loved, but also adored and worshipped: after all, that's what her "favorite character" Fritz is: a fantasy of blind loyalty of adoration towards herself.

I take it as confirmed that Jennette is biologically related to her mother. She was the person who gave birth to Jennette not to mention her entire genetic make up resembles her, which can’t be explained away, unless Ana put a creature into her womb that has the ability to shapeshift (now that I’m thinking about...wasn’t that Jennette’s ability? To make herself appear lovelier in front of someone else? And since taste differs, could it be that everyone perceived her in a slightly different way that was matched with their preferances in the opposite sex?).

Regardless it doesn’t matter. You are not talking about Penelope, you are questioning her relation to Athy and by extension the relation to Anastacius, her official father and Athy’s uncle. And this is where it gets puzzling. We are given seemingly contradictory information. It is heavily implied in the manhwa that Anastacius and Penelope had sex together, yet it is said that the birth process itself was artificial. Which part exactly was artificial?

Based on Plutos unfair treatment of novel!Jennettes character and the emphasis on Jennette not being Athy’s sister, the seemingly lack of family theme between them, her not being accepted by the imperial family, losing her proof of relation to the Obelias after getting healed from her black magic, heck her magic acting so wildly different from Athy, Claude and Ana’s.... I suspect that at least novel Jennette was more likely a homunculi. A construct partly made of dark magic with a human base. The only thing she had from her father was his mana. And even that was probably genetically modefied cause Ana wanted a heir who could surpass Claude. I could argue that they are hardly even the same species (remember Lucas called her a chimera). My theory? Ana put his mana into something that was basically the foundation of a Penelope clone.  (someone once pointed out that novel Jennette was an exact carbon copy of Penelope in looks and personality.) It is eybrow raising that Jennette has not a single physical trait in common with her father, when we know from the family portraits that blonde hair is a dominant trait in the whole Imperial bloodline. Not a single portrait shows a royal without blonde hair and their trademark gem-like eyes. Jennette’s got the jewel eyes, sure but after Lucas healed her from her black magic she lost them which begs the question if they were ever real?

Would you say that Jennette is related to Anastacius, because she had his mana within her? Wouldn’t according to the same logic Lucas be related to Athy since he ate her mana throughout their shared childhood? Even if having someone’s mana within you would make you related to said person: Lucas took away her magic at the end of the series, causing her jeweled blue eyes to turn into normal green ones. Relation erased. Problem solved.

This is how I could argue if I desperately wanted to find a loophole to ship them. But the thing is I literally do not care. I’m just humoring you. I  treat characters and tropes as a narrative tool and at the end of the  day the thing I care about is that the story is engaging.

Anyways judging from the novel spoilers I believe Pluto’s Jennette isn’t related to the Obelias at all, just because of the many ways Pluto tried to push her out of the family and make her claim invalid so Athy could succeed the throne. Making her the “daughter” of a tyrant wasn’t enough, accusing her of treason wasn’t enough, sending her to the country side wasn’t enough, no, they had to erase only link the the imperial family, her gem-like eyes. I got the impression that there is also not really that connection between novel Athy and Jennette. Or at least if it is there it’s not as strong as manhwa Jennette’s and Athy’s.

Spoon on the other hand wants Jennette to be Athy’s sister spiritually and possibly her cousin biologically. But logically, logically it could go both ways and if you wanted you could argue the evidence we have points vaguely into the not really related direction, accidentally tho, because Spoon never elaborated on the details of Jennette’s artificial birth.

My final verdict: novel Jennette = not related to Athy, manhwa Jennette = related to Athy, because that’s what spoon wants.

I wish you knew that your characters are really in bad taste. I don't know if you realize how much they can harm, luckily they're not known. Kalida and Zaafir are an example of racism, you know? Your idea that you can object to similar characters according to your will is despicable. There's not much about Zaafir, but already seeing a character who belongs to North Africa dressed that way makes an impression. I don't know if you naively do it or if you're a racist for real, but you really should have an examination of your conscience.

Dear Anon.  Before making such heavy accusations against someone, it's best that you know what you are talking about and who you are talking to.

Here are two definitions of racism from the Cambridge dictionary:

"policies, behaviors, rules, etc. that result in a continued unfair advantage to some people and unfair or harmful treatment of others based on race"

"harmful or unfair things that people say, do, or think based on the belief that their own race makes them more intelligent, good, moral, etc. than people of other races"

I don't see how you can define me as a racist, by the way without even knowing me.  We can discuss a lot of things, disrespect or whatever you want, but certainly those who really know me can tell you how absolutely one of the last people you can accuse of such a thing I am.  I am not a champion of justice, I am a human being who respects other human beings as such.  I can't stand being accused of something I fight against every day, especially by attacking two of my IMAGINARY characters who 1) believe me, you don't know at all and 2) certainly don't have a background of existing human culture.  They are inspired by something belonging to cultures other than mine, sure.  Kalida is a Naga, a creature that does not belong to Western culture, Zaafir comes from ancient Egypt.  Now, neither of them belongs to an existing culture, as I told you.  The traits they retain from a cultural heritage were among other things inspired by people I have known and loved.

This DOES NOT MEAN that I cannot be wrong, with Zaafir it happened.  I had used a term that could be offensive (whose meaning I didn't really know) to describe its aesthetic appearance.  A very sweet guy pointed this out to me and even suggested how to correct it.  I did it, stop, then we started roleplay together peacefully and I learned a new thing.

If my characters are "culturally offensive", I would appreciate the reasons expressed in a civilized and calm manner.  Unless you are a 15 meter snake or His Majesty Ramses II himself.

I don't know what I did to you to deserve so much hatred from you but please, block me. I wouldn't want to stop writing here because of you
